I have multiple accounts at Wells Fargo. I came by to open an account for my teenage son. The lady who greeted me was very rude and suggested I come back some other time as she was too busy to help me and no one else was available. Very poor customer service!

If you plan on using the drive thru make sure to pack a lunch. You won't get out of there without spending 30 minutes.

Been with this bank almost 4 years now my card has been compromised at least 6x and when I want to use it it declines 2x before they call me and I hold up a line for two items. By far the worst banking experience ever. The app is terrible it always tells me I have way more money than I actually do and constantly has 25 payments pending. 1 star is too many stars for this bank. Today I got my new phone and tried to log in and i changed my password well now when I put my new password in it says that I've had to many failed attempts so i can't log back in. So I changed It again and still doing the same thing. I call on the phone and speak to a robot that mumbles useless information for 2 minutes then I get to the robots menu just so I can continue to reset my password again just for it not to work. I will never ever let Wells Fargo handle my money again tomorrow I'm pulling everything out and switching to something local. Don't waste your time or energy with them.

Opened an account at the time the branch was offering a $50 cash back to open a new account. I was told I had to use my debit card 10 times and that was it nothing about a direct deposit, as I do not work!!!! Duh!! Or I would not be expecting it. We I opened it in March used my debit card like I was told and here it is July and still no $50. Went into the branch got a whole new story after calling in and asking and being told I will give you a call back. ( no call back ) and when I said I will just close my accounts 3 of them she said to me "ok we can do that now if you'd like just have a seat" lol ok I will be in Monday to take care of it my daughter out of town I couldn't leave her without money thank you though! Ok she said. A little to big for their britches I think! Christie Bridges

okay as far as personal they are good, the business side , well takes too long and they forget to put the deposit slips in your bag a lot and when you go back they say " oh you forgot your deposit slip" No they did. if the business didn't go through them I would not use as a business bank..
