Rook was clean overpriced on food and drinks bought one energy drink one day lady charged me 2.50 the next day same lady charges me 5 bucks asked her about it and she was rude couldn't do laundry cause are not working

Disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. Stains on the curtains and walls that have you wonder. The bathroom was so dusty that made me wonder when is the last time it was cleaned. Definitely outdated, roughly used furniture in the room we stayed in. Oh, did I mention that you are close to the
railroad tracts (horn let us know) and a Bar/restaurant that stays open late. Titlted Kilt...

There was difficulty with me checking in due to me using flex pay and the only other complaint that I have is that there was water damage in a shower on the ceiling but that’s a given and it look like somebody through coffee or vomit on the lampshade, other than that, the breakfast was great. The customer service after the check-in was wonderful.

Television was not working, sink did not drain, sausage on the breakfast buffet was cool in the middle, coffee machine was not working.
Telephone light continued to blink and had to unplug the phone. Pillows are very small. Overall a very poor experience and we will not be staying there ever again.

I stayed at this hotel from May 31 to June 2. Overall, it was an average experience. From the pictures, you can tell that the bathroom and carpet needed extra cleaning. Our toilet was loose as well. The pool water was cold despite the scorching weather. The pool area is very windy due to the hotel's position.On the positive side, the female staff member at the front desk (dark brown wavy hair) was very nice. We liked the walk-in shower, though the towels hung inconveniently inside it. One housekeeper made our bed despite our stuff being all over it. The small sundries area had lots of variety, and we received extra towels and toiletries without asking. However, the smaller square pillows were a bit aggravating.Despite no major issues, the place needs some TLC. Additionally, a huge construction project on the road to the hotel was quite a hassle. Given these inconveniences, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Nice but the bathroom sliding door is so heavy my wife almost couldn't open it. Horrible design. Sink trickles out water, hard to even brush your teeth. Also please upgrade your coffee. It tastes like instant. Folgers would be an improvement. Also there was mold in the shower stall.

The bathrooms were filthy. Stains all over the walls and the toilet. The shower was so gross. There was mildew in the corners and the grout. The carpet in the room was sticky. The pillows are TINY. The air conditioner is a window unit stinks. It’s the nicest looking hotel from the exterior in the area so I thought it would be cleanest..

Most amazing beds ever. Hotel is immaculate and great staff. Also could management respond with what mattress yall have in the king bed rooms.
