Got a basic carwash and ended up being billed for $45 monthly premium service on my credit card. ZIPs refused to refund the fees. Something wrong is going on here!

They don't care if your car broke down by the wash machine , I have to put black duck tape around my mirror no choice see the attach pic on this review page ....Same on you zip wash worst of the worst car wash machine you guys installed ...Don't do car wash here their wash machine inside broke my BMW x3 driver side mirror of my vehicle on 4th July 2023 one of the staff he try to help me he was really helpful he submitted an insurance claim for me but claim department sucks they don't care their customers never replied back to my issues . I been with them for years and years monthly paid membership but they denied my claim for nothing and right away I canceled my membership that's how they treat their client their wash machine disgusting, my vehicle mirror was at a great condition before I entered wash area later wash finished it's broke .... I would give them 0 stars if I can worst place . Save your beautiful car people they don't care if your car broke down ...worst place .. fix my car or else I will not recommend to anyone and will not delete my review ...learn how to do business or else shut down your stupid wash machine...
