Small family owned business and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Before I decided on buying, they promised to replace a wheel bearing and upgrade our keys with a key FOB. They delivered on every promise and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at 57 auto sales. When we first walked through the lot we were impressed with what good condition the cars were in. We had been to other lots were I refused to test drive cars because how little effort was put into the cars by the dealership. You can tell here that they put alot of effort into the cars they sell. We first dealt with Will who was friendly, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. My husband used to be a helicopter mechanic and is now a machine mechanic and Will had no problem looking at engines with him and going over specs. We originally asked to test drive two cars but saw one on the lot we wanted to try out just for comparison, and Will had no problem getting if ready for us.
We next did paperwork and financing with Jay. He was so patient, helpful, and kind. We couldn't decide between two of the cars and he took the time to get financing info and monthly payments for both. We really thought he was going to push us to buy the more expensive car but he went through the specs and pros of both and actually helped us make up our minds to get the less expensive one. It really felt like he cared about our family's needs, made us a priority, and really just wanted us to walk away with the car that was best for us. I honestly have never had such a pressure-free car buying experience. Every used car I have ever brought I leave the lot feeling nervous about my purchase but we have been just absolutely happy with the car and experience. Both Will and Jay went above and beyond to not only get us in the right car but to also make us feel comfortable and happy with the whole process. When you choose a family business you want to feel like you are being treated like family, Will and Jay definitely accomplished that with us!

57 Auto worked with me despite my job always having me out of town and had the vehicle I wanted ready for the only day I had off to pick up, there was a slight hiccup with the vehicle but Will worked with me and got it resolved, overall my family’s pretty happy with the vehicle we got and I’d definitely consider them for future business.

Jay was incredibly helpful. Helped me get a car the same day. Paid for the oil change that was due on the vehicle and even gave me tips on how to build my credit. Truly appreciate all the help. So obsessed with my new car!

Trash straight trash called 2 days ahead of time about a vehicle and explained my situation the guy assured me he would get me in it he even kept contacting me back a few times a day saying it was ready I live two hours away so I gave him all my information I even told him what my credit score was he said don't worry about it we can still get u in it so I miss a entire day of work waiting on him to respond back he would respond back about every 4 hours saying he was sorry he was selling a car to a customer everytime before you know it its 6 pm there getting ready to close then my phone rings and it's him I said may I come get the car still he replied oh well actually we just sold the car you were interested in it ya come on up I got a few other nice cars I can get u in they were all junk from the pics I was sent he ran my credit anyways and dropped my score down even more so now I have no vehicle and worse credit and waisted a full day off work for nothing there are so many other places to go to i recommend you do that i wouldn't buy a bycycle from these guys any good review on here isfrom the owner i promise

I have so much appreciation for this company! Bernie and Jadon made this process so smooth and easy especially since I was a first time buyer. They were able to present me my options with everything I was looking for when it came to price, mileage and style and it was just an overall great experience would definitely come buy again.

They didn't return my "Deposit" even though they never answered their phones all day, the day I was supposed to go. No written contracts, so they illegally held my funds and never gave them back. I also emailed the owner, no luck. Do not recommend.

I guess this car lot is the busiest and most successful one in all of San Antonio or something. Because over a period of 3-4 days last week I called twice a day (once in the morning and once in afternoon) so a total of 6 times trying to get a hold of someone to discuss a 2019 Jetta they have.I know if I go in I’m going to be pressured into buying it, so I would rather call and negotiate first but apparently they are too busy. I have trained car sales people that we use and I’m seeing all the tactics in what what they are going to do to hold gross profit, etc. so if I were you I would stay far far away

This place is absolutely awesome! Hard to find high performance vehicles. The finance was a snap. I am very pleased with my purchase, definitely recommend.
