(Roaches )the store is always dirty needs to be cleaned more often today went in for a fountain drink but walked out after seeing roaches yuck ? also It's getting dangerous with homeless in parking lot asking for change if you tell them No you might get cussed out

This 7/11 double scanned my lotto winning ticket and had the nerve to tear it in half and tell me your ticket has already been redeemed? How’s it that when I have the ticket in my hands!! I called lottery customer service and filed a complaint on this 7/11 they said take your ticket back have the manager run a report on it n have the receipt printed out it will show you that there store redeemed your cash they could double scan your ticket by accident or purposely and pocket your $ either way someone in that store has your $$ is what lottery customer service told me so the clerks asked me to come back at 5am and talk to the manager so he can run the report

Had a horrible experience with the staff . I felt threatened and humiliated by the employees and manger. Clearly a insult to the Southside and San Antonio. Owner of the store should fire the manager and hire people who serve the public and not intimidate them. Exxon 7-11 had alot to learn from QT I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN THERE NOR ANYBODY IN MY FAMILY. STAY AWAY

Although I had one bad experience at this 7-Eleven and wrote an originally negative review (it has since been removed), I have since had nothing but pleasant experiences. The soda machine is never out of order, and the syrup/carbonation ratio is always perfect and delicious, a rarely addressed issue with corner stores that I've always felt passionate about, myself...I digress. Additionally, I believe I've only seen the slurpee machine out of order once or twice in my over 20 visits, far above average for a convenience store. Abd most important of all, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Now that I've lived in the area for an extended period of time, I can share that this 7-Eleven is now one of my favorite stops in San Antonio! Say "Yes!" to the Slurp ?"

12:17 passing through from Dallas and stopped to put gas and buy food... it was closed. Cashier was on her cellphone... sign on a sheet paper said closed. Customers driving away... smh.

I went around 12:30 PM, and the store was completely packed with boxes, blocking aisles and displays. Staff was preoccupied with stocking.

Sunday morning around 10:20. Had to make a bathroom stop on my way to Corpus and get few snacks. Bathroom was surprisingly spotless (I guess because it’s still early in the day), store was clean and attention was good. They were nice young folks but I could see one arranging the shelves while the other on was at the register. If I need to stop at a 7-Eleven between I-10 and I-35, I would definitely choose this one

Store has prices advertised they do not honor.They make excuses like "its for the regular flavor only." Yet the diet, regular and cherry versions all ring up on sale and 1 flavor doesnt. They never fix the pricing either. Weeks later it still rings up wrong.They told me to come back and speak to the manager tomorrow.. I want sodas now.. not tomorrow..Have had issues at the register multiple times, either with items being rang up wrong or sale prices not being applied.Once or twice I can understand, but I decided to leave thos review because this is an ongoing issue and see other people who have left similar reviews.

Night shift Thursday Sept 10th night at 9pm took awesome care of me!Went in for a hot chocolate drink And the machine was messing up. They went out their way to make me feel welcomed and laughed the whole time I was there.Got my hot chocolate and on my way now.Happy customer ??
