If I could give you a zero, I ordered Uber eats To get snacks from 7-Eleven on S. WW White Road and this is what they gave me..first of all I asked for snickers ice cream And they gave me this. I also asked for donuts and they gave me these old donuts look like they have been sitting there for months. The only thing they got was the milk. Shut down already!!

The guy working Sunday 10/29.was the rudest employee I’ve ever experienced.i wanted coffee he was busy so he told me he would be with me. I waited at least 10 minutes he didn’t tell the machines was broke he ignored me.. I said you’re so rude disrespectful and unprofessional. You could’ve told me 10 minutes ago that the machines were broken he got loud. He started arguing with me and I told him I would leave an honest negative review he said do it I don’t care the store is not gonna do anything.

There are 2 ladies in this 7-eleven location, one of approximately 23 years of age and the other of approximately 34 years of age, the younger one behaved friendly, but the older woman was a cashier and had an unfriendly expression, Lucía angry and not at all friendly, she did not answer my questions and when I asked her for the second time about the bathroom, she rudely told me that the bathrooms were out of service. After feeling bad so much, given her bad mood and lack of friendliness, I decided to leave the room. Merchandise and leave there, "then I won't buy anything" I told him... this happened on Saturday July 22, 2023, between 9-10: a.m. It seems incredible to me that in a 7-eleven they don't have a bathroom for customers, too bad... We were walking through San Antonio, TX and I had that bad experience. I thought "what would happen if I am a pregnant woman who really wants to urinate or an Elderly Woman with Urinary Incontinence?" ? It should be a crime and Stores and Gas Stations should be fined when they refuse to provide the Bathroom.

Very nice and convenient, the employees are very nice snd helpful to the customers, the selection on products and snacks were great, definitely don't have no complaints at all.

Well I came in to make this comment about this 7/11 almost every night I come here because I have a way to go to work Well my comment is so that you should be careful when they give you your change and it had happened to me before I was just leaving them because it wasn't great difference but tonight they almost kept 10 dollars of my change just because I started counting my change myself in the store and then the person who served me started laughing knowing that he had missed the change he had given me, please for the owner of this store pay more attention to his staff

worst 7/11 I've ever been to. I'm new in town and loved the 711 by my old place. the food here was awful. incredibly dry. no cheese in the nacho machine. the hot dogs, eggrolls, burger bites, and all that were so incredibly dry and cold. there were no hot dog buns and no medium cups. I've never had terrible food from a 711 but this place was awful. i didn't score anything i came in for and what i did get was terrible. id ask for a refund but i was so hungry i ate it anyways. there's a McDonald's across the street. just go there if you're hungry. less regret.

Do not leave without checking you change they shorted me $10 and I never got it back , they make you feellike your the problem.. I’m 100 % the cashier stole it and try to make me look dumb when her drawer is acct..of course she is stealing ppl hard earned money white older with dark hair and grey roots ..don’t worry I NEVERSPEND MY HERE

Had to make a quick restroom stop at this establishment. The decor inside was pleasant. Restroom was not too bad but the ambiance left much to be desired. Toilet paper holder needed some improvement but the liquid hand soap reminded me of Crabtree & Evelyn. 7-Eleven, with a little improvement and a few upgrades- you could be as cool as Valero next door.
