My colleagues and I visit store everyday, this store has become our new go-to lunch spot! The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I love their Dollar Deals!.

Never have been here but I WANTED to. I placed a phone call just to ask a question & I kept getting the phone hung up on me. If the phone can't be answered correctly, it says a lot.

I have try to make 2 orders for delivery and both were canceled by the store. I received a text message saying to call the store to see why and when I call they hang up they pick up the phone then hang up. Very frustrating

Just went to try to get some money orders and diesel, I don’t know what’s up with that cashier name Fabian I asked him for two money orders one $100 and another for 225. didn’t know how to process money order. Wanted to do everything separate wanted to give me change by using the calculator on the side of the drawer not sure if that’s the standard procedure but that’s never happened before. Ended up just asking for my money back and even at that didn’t wanna give my money back said that he already processed the transaction which I’ve been to this 7-Eleven several times. I know how it works. It was not processed. Finally gave my money back.

There is this customer service representative. His name is Xavier, and he is very professional. He knows how to explain instructions and payments. Also, he is knowledgeable on the 7-Eleven app. He helped me navigate in the software and platform about the prices. It was busy but he kept a great attitude! Xavier helped me, and assisted the rest of the customers in the store. Thanks man, and the place looks clean!

To share with you that I contacted the store staff and they treated me very kindly, they asked me to wait 5 business days to see the exact charge of my purchase reflected and if the high charge continued to be reflected, they would replace the difference. Fortunately, it is now in my visa card account statement the correct payment and exactly what had been charged.
