I visited today and received exemplary customer service by Mansi. She was speedy, kind, and the most personable representative of 7-11. She helped me sign up for the app and let me know of different sales they offer. My new favorite store thanks to Mansi.

Night Shift employee keeps the area clean very good with customers …👍👍checking the pumps taking out the trash restocks I could say this guy works. I don’t care what anybody says. Great customer service.

Would not go there unless you’re paying the pump they’ll leave you standing in line and walk right by you like you’re invisible. It’s my neighborhood gas station and I stopped going there for that reason.

Stopped in for a drink and had to use the restroom. Omg it is horrendous and very unsanitary. Called corporate hopefully this issue is addressed as I will not be going in to any 711s anymore. Very bad customer service cashier was too busy on phone and not working.

Filled up on gas and spent $75 at the pump. Went inside to use the restroom and the sign said for paying customers only and was blocked by several crates. I politely asked the clerk if I may use the restroom and she told me no and that it was for paying customers only, I explained I just spent $75 on gas and pointed to my truck and she argued that she didn't see it, she didn't look at her screen to verify either.

Fast service very hard to navigate in a wheelchair aisles are small and tight but the staff are very attentive and helpful

Staff should all get raises they r so awesome. They let me add some cheese from the machine to my mini tacos and condiments like salsa to make loaded mini tacos for half the priced of jack in th box cuz they aren't actually open.
