Cashier was very friendly and patient with me. The bathrooms were also open and clean which is something I am not used to seeing with 7 elevens.

Consistently customer service going downhill steadily.
New kid at register didn't want to acknowledge me. Acted inconvenience because he had to get off his phone.
Only said something at end of checkout. Acted as if he could not be bothered to touch my money. Barely willing to hand me my change.
Had been loyal to this seven 11. I won't be coming here again!

I recently visited this location after taking care of some business at the airport. The cashier was friendly, I came and went. The soda fountain was out of order however. At least the espresso machine didn't disappoint.

That new girl Tai was in there putting work. Super friendly and stupid funny. She brings good vibes and energy into that dull store. I'll stop by more often now?

Came across this Samoan worker named Fuatai, very nice and welcoming, rare to find that in a 7-11. The only one that I see actually working, doesn’t just stand around. She greets, cleans, organizes. I asked when she is scheduled to work so I know when to come.

The black man who is in the store is very arrogant, it happened that I went to buy a drink from the fountain, as is customary and anyone does it first, I start to test if the soda from the fountain tastes good. The guy stares at me in a strange way and then when I go to the cashier to pay he tells me that I have to pay 3 drinks for the action I did, it seems unfair to me, I still explained why I did it and even if he ignored me and I charge it, this guy is a bad worker, I asked for his supervisor and he said that he was the supervisor, I will not come to this store again

Went in for a quick coffee in the morning and was saddened by the way a worker was talking to her vendors. She was dressed in all black with knee pads and no name tag but she was stocking as well so I’m assuming she worked there and I heard how rude she was to the men stocking her inventory. I found it extremely rude and just ruined my experience there. I hope she reads this and understands that it’s far too early to be getting mad at anybody. It’s 8am. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
