If you all value and appreciate your customers… fire the man on register. He’s disrespectful, and has zero customer service skill. He was disrespectful to my self and customer ahead of me.

Cant tell if they’re racist or just flat out rude.
Standing up front ready the guy sees me and then continues doing what hes doing. When he does check me out there's no customer service at all no hey hows it going? Or is this all for you? Instead i get nothing but silence and he bypasses the rewards and don't allow to type my number in. I always get a large drink and he charges me for an extra large. Continues to look at his phone will talk loud on it but y anyone else says no words.
This location needs to shut down like some of the other ones.

They wont change scratch tickets . Not even $150, and clerks are angry and talking on the phone . Bad service tbh.

Messy place, not very well trained people, and.... How is it that the shady stations, like this one, always seem to run out of all sizes of drinks, except for one specific size, when the drinks are on sale? Coincidence?
What's super irritating is that if you actually participate in the loyalty program, and you earn a free drink, guess what? It's never the one size they happen to have.

Do not come to this 7- Eleven there is an older Indian man that refuses to put any refund card transactions back on your card. He insists on giving cash back on a debit/credit card transaction, if you prepay inside the store for gas transactions. He is also very rude and does not have a name tag. This 7-eleven also does not have apply pay at pumps!

Incredibly rude and inept management and staff at this location. Items are wildly overpriced even in comparison to other convenience stores in the area. They also can’t be bothered to properly maintain their coffee machines. Avoid this place like the plague, there are far better convenience stores with far friendlier staff in the neighborhood.

This is the closest store to my apartment so we go on the way to school and work we stopped to get lunch stuff for the kids and they never honor there specials or deals the sign said one thing and the cashier always says it's expired or hasn't started yet seriously every time we go what are the odds.

when it first opened, it was a great store but has rapidly turned into a dump. It must be a new owner now because staff know very little english, shelves are empty , coffee is horrible with very little selection, prices are high and customer service has dropped like a rock.

The cashier was nice, but the ice was made with unfiltered water so it had a distinctive taste (probably fine for most people, but I have a strong sense of taste/smell).

Moldy coffee. The worker could care less. This morning 3/15/23 at 3am. My husband a first responder went to drop off a patient and stopped to get coffee and found this instead. He told the worker and he didn’t budge.

Careful with your coffee. My husband went to medical center to drop off a patient. They been up all night and decided to get a coffee here and this is what he found in the coffee filter. He let the worker know and he didnt care.
