Rude staff tried kicking my husband out of their store at 3pm for being in there for a few minutes reviewing prices on soda when they had sprite marked 2 for 5 and really it was 2 for 5 for Pepsi products. Should fire the rude impatient older lady working there immediately. Will be calling cooperate.

This African-American woman named Crystal was very rude to me and refused my service for absolutely no reason due to the fact that someone that I knew had shoplifted from there, and I had offered to pay for it, even though it had nothing to do with me, and I was not there at the time she even threatened to put her hands on me and called the police because I tried to pay off somebody else’s debt that I did not even know who they was. This is a very unprofessional 711 gas station in my contacted corporate because she refuse to let me speak to a manager or give me any information about the manager

Went to get a pizza and the person working was wonderful. She was helpful and quick. Most 7 elevens nowadays I seem to get attitude and eye rolls from the employees but this one was not like that. It was nice to have a friendly face greet me and not act like I was bothering her at work. I wish I remembered her name but I didn't keep my receipt

Sean is really enjoying that music with his baseball cap and his hoodie up like he's super cool. Rotate out the products. They train you guys right? You throw away old product on the shelf scan in and mark it as damaged and move the good product forward. Trash cans outside are all full. Loose trash all over the parking lot but hey as long as Sean’s enjoying himself. Living his best life. Good job guys.

I am always greeted by Jonathan Rodriguez's Management team consisting of Crystal Key, Asst. Manager and Tyler, Customer Relations Manager. These are the titles assigned due to their diligence and changes the last 3 years.
When I am unable to find my cooking, Voyager Point, an order is placed immediately. As a former wine rep and mystery shopper, I expect excellence in convenience stores and receive it at this location.
Your efforts are greatly appreciated and wish you much success in the store's endeavours.

They never have anything restocked. Everytime I go in to get gift cards or deposit money on cashapp the manger isn't there. Employees have the 'thats not my job' mindset and it makes me want to go elsewhere for my business. They don't have a working phone either for anyone to call to see if a manager is there before I waste my time.

I have never been to a 7 eleven where they can’t sell me alcohol because the ID doesn’t scan. Just look at the date of birth. Please get new cashier immediately. The young lady is very incompetent 2/29/24

good luck trying to teach them by phone. their ATM didn't give me the cash it took out of my account & when I call back up there to try to remedy the situation the phone rings & then asks you to put your code in- no option to leave a message for a callback. super inconvenient considering I don't own a vehicle to just drive there & speak with them. I just want the money you took out of my account.

Is not open 24/7More then once I've been told thier closedFor "shift change" for 20 mins, so they can go outside and smoke weed.Its a CONVENIENT store, that's conveniently always doing shift change everytime I come.

A good place to refuel at an affordable price, competitive, good and friendly to the customer's pocket, a little high in the items shown that it sells just like the competition and usually the type of store and its prices. somewhat high in general all good. Recommended to visit
