Systems for credit/debit "down" frequently inside. Guessing the owner owns the ATM machine and wants to cash in on the service charge. Avoid! There are many gas stations on Culebra Rd . Don't be lazy they prey on that.

7-Eleven 37080\ \ Unbranded gassoline station. That means they do not sell Exxon brand, or shell, or chevron brand. Just good old fashioned gasoline.

I don't hand out one-star reviews lightly, and I prefer not to rate a business based on a single incident. However, the owner of this store needs to be publicly called out for his predatory price-gouging behavior. I've popped into this store a handful of times over the last few years whenever my preferred location ( was out of my favorite coffee. I've always found the store to be okay. But my experience of 8/18/2017 places this store into the "never again" category. That date was the Friday before the 8/21/2017 solar eclipse. I had read online that 7-Eleven stores were selling eclipse viewing glasses, so I grabbed some on my way home from work at a location near Lackland AFB. Unfortunately, they only had two sets--and I wanted to get a third set for my son. So I hit multiple 7-Eleven locations on my way home. Every store was sold out--until I reached this store. When I asked at the counter whether they had eclipse glasses, the clerk replied that they did. He handed me a two-pack and rang it up. The total came to over $160. This store was charging $80 for each of the viewers inside this two-pack! I said this was a mistake because I had just bought two two-packs at $4.99 per pack. The clerk just shrugged and said, "They must be a corporate store--we're a franchise." Franchise or not, this is repugnant behavior. Needless to say, I did not buy the glasses here. When I got home, I messaged 7-Eleven corporate via Twitter and lodged a complaint on their corporate website. I received a very prompt response via Twitter with a promise that someone would contact me. The store owner called me on the afternoon of 8/21 with a "sorry not sorry" non-apology. He said that he had sold out of his first two boxes of eclipse glasses and ordered a third box with a $300 overnight-shipping fee. This forced him to raise the price of the glasses in the new box. Even if I believe this excuse (I don't), this does not justify a 3100% markup--especially when the entire box would net the owner over $3500 at his inflated price. Anyone who is comfortable with this kind of price gouging on what is admittedly a luxury item would have no problem justifying doing the same on necessities like gas or food during a natural disaster. I find this behavior disgusting. I will not return to this 7-Eleven location.

This store is decent, same 7-eleven selection you know and love. The only thing I don't like is the customer service, they are rude and too busy on their phones to care what the customers want or need. They should have put a starbucks in that spot to be honest.

Gasoline Services Review - Prices jumped like 15 cents overnight so when I drove past this 7-11 and saw their price to regular to be about a dime less than everyone else, I did a U-turn and headed back. Once there I discovered the price on the other side of the sign to be a dime more than what I saw on the other side. Ain't that the ol' bait and switch. As I needed gas, I decided to just fill up. I pushed the debit button (which is in an awkward location - unless you usually use 7-11 and are in the know) put my card in, entered my PIN and... transaction cancelled - see attendant. Hmm, ok, try again... Same problem. Maybe this card reader is bad. Move the car. Try again. No dice. Is MY card bad? Try again, transaction cancelled. I walked in and spoke with the staff. Oh, we get a lot of complaints about pumps 1 thru 4 but you're at 6 and that should be ok. "Do you know you are advertising two different prices?" No, they didn't... "Oh, the sign must not have updated properly." Ugh. Back out tot he car, move to pump 2, try again, zip! I observe another car roll up and try to get gas - same issue. Another car arrives, card in, starts pumping gas. Hmm, I'm out! So I drive up the road to a Valero and BINGO - success. I like what they're offering up inside the 7-11 but I'll be skipping them for all my petrol needs...
