I’m an Uber driver, and as an Uber driver I have to stop by lots of 7-Eleven gas stations. This one by far is the cleanest and the nicest that I’ve been to in San Antonio. Angel was very helpful and seems to be knowledgeable with the store. I really appreciate these guys here.

I went in to use the restroom and get a soda.
There was a sign on the bathroom that the restroom was closed. I asked the man behind the counter if he could open it. He copped an attitude and said it was closed when I got here at 10m. That's all I got to say. It was almost 11 Pm at the time. So ok I don't stop at this store for awhile if that's how they are gonna business.

I stopped at this location to order a pizza at 9:10 pm on a Friday night and the lady working there was smoking a cigarette when i arrived so I waited for her to finish. As I was waiting another man in a silver and black Sierra pickup truck came in really fast and may have hit one of the pillars when he parked..At that point i got out of my car and smiled at him and he said something to me and looked angry so i just walked inside.The lady working there put her cigarette out and followed me in. I asked if she could make me a pizza and she pointed at the slices pre-made in boxes and denied my request for a whole fresh pizza.She wasn't rude but doesn't seem like she wanted to be there and it also seemed like the rude guy in the Sierra truck was someone she knew.The staff seems to have changed at this location.. i use to stop here several times a week.. especially for pizza..No other cashier has ever denied my request for a fresh pizza.Please correct this as this is a location i frequently spend money at.Thanks

Pleasant at 24-hour store but yet they closeUntil 5 a.m. in the morning says the guy told me right now at 1:30 in the morning I asked y it says 24hr and he hung up on me i called back and asked for the corporate number and he hung up on me again. If that is how customers will be treated then take ur store else where.

Attempted to make a purchase. Clerk stated card did not go through but on credit card machine said approved 3 different times. Another clerk starts talking sternly saying it didn’t go through. Worse customer service ever.

My husband and I just love this 7-eleven! They are always super nice to us when we come in and very helpful if we ever have any questions! 7-eleven stores always have great prices, but they now have a rewards program too that really does save you some coin! Signing up for it was very easy, fast, and they always remind you to enter in your phone number so that you get your points! Great place to go for some drinks and snacks! They even sell whole pizzas! Sooo yummy! I could go on and on about how much I love 7-eleven convenience stores, but this location in particular is extra special!

Couldn’t brake a $50 for a close to $10 purchase and refused to exchange cash for quarters to use their vacuum. Absolute waste of my time stopping here. I defiantly won’t go back.
