Currently this is the worst of the worst. Not because they have bad customer service but because I have walked into many 7 11 and this is the worst by far. Walk in and it is under construction. No fault in the employees but I have seen others and they still have stuff to offer.

This store has horrible customer service skills. The poor guy in the front is trying really hard to understand English with a line of people waiting. I said sir over 12 times to a man with piercings all over his face and he ignored me finally I said sir do you speak English just because the other man didn’t understand and he was super rude yelling at me and goes back to sit in the back while the guy was struggling in the front. Horrible worker sure enough he’s in the back smoking while it’s a madhouse inside.

First off I want to state, The restrooms here seem to never be open. Secondly, If you want to deposit money on a card, you have to have a manager there. Every time I've gone there to do that, the managers never there. Thirdly, they have very little hot food available. And their food turn table oven thing is always empty. And fourthly, today I was going there to attempt to see the managers there to put money on my card, but the door was half locked. Not fully locked, just the top lock. I knocked and banged on the door but the cashier completely ignored me. Finally some random dude came out and yelled something I couldn't understand. I kept trying to tell him I didn't understand and he just seemed to get angrier. The guy next to me said he thinks they are counting money. If you're counting money, why are you doing it at 5:30 in the evening and the heart of rush hour. And on top of that, why couldn't you just go up to the door and politely explain to me what's going on instead of me sitting there wondering why I'm being ignored. And the cherry on top, is if you're counting money why do you only partially lock the door. Shouldn't you fully lock it? Like all the locks for security? Or maybe put up a sign that has the times or counting money? Just throwing some ideas out there for maybe make your little gas station a lot better. These reviews are killing you man.

This place is trash. The employees are constantly overcharging. Then, when you call them out, they get mad at the fact they got caught. The night person locks the door and only lets in people that he permits. I'm a door dasher, and I work around the clock. So I post up here while I wait for orders. I hate going to this store. You can't even put money on the cash app here when I app says you can. The restroom is always out of order. I can keep going but I don't have the time. Oh yeah, homeless people hangout here. I have nothing against, except they can get kind of aggressive in their panhandling.

Horrible horrible service. I will never ever stop at this 7-Eleven store even though it is right down the street from my house. Nope, the lady that is here right now is super rude. Not helpful at all and just has this look on her face like she is so miserable and unhappy to be here. I’m sorry if you don’t like your job, then don’t work here you’re here to service customers not be rude.

Stopped by at 6:55 am and they had the place locked up and a sign "shift change 10 Minutes". Seriously.....never have I seen this before during a busy time of the day.

This stores and of course others stores would not help me to add funds on my cash app card they are giving me the run around back and ford also family dollar they stop scanning the barcode from the app phone .I hate it.

This is probably the worst 7-11 I have ever been too. There's an older lady there that HATES her job but won't quit. Restrooms are NEVER opened for paying customers. Trash everywhere! Card machines don't work pumps don't work etc etc etc etc etc. I plan on staying away from now on!! STAY AWAY. ??
