Night shift had wings that have clearly been sitting for awhile not fresh and when asked if I could have more made because we wanted a few trays night shift refused and said thats all thats getting put out. Horrible service. Coffee machine with flavors is constantly down and not taken care of properly and had roaches crawling from the cabinet underneath.

The employee chose not to help or assist me to correct what took place at the store. He said I threw the drink at him which I did not I slid the drink back to him. He was trying to say that my children drunk from the drink which they did not. And he refused to take it back and give me my money back. Today's date is a May 1st 2025 at 6:30 between 6:30 and 7:00 The employee was in the cash at the cash register and he refused to resolve this inappropriate manner. This is why you only get one star your employees can make a break your place of business.

My granddaughter 3 yrs old was needing the restroom but the guy there and an old lady were rude against us said the restrooms BOTH were close. Please let know your employees and remember WE THE CUSTOMERS PAY FOR YOUR BENEFITS AND FOOD UN YOUR TABLE.

Selection isn't great neither is customer service....and evidently they don't answer the phone. I just called 20 times trying to ask why I was double charged. No answer just rings.

On March 16 2024 had been traveling from Ga To San Antonio TX Arrived at 7 elven which I love but Unfortunately not many in Ga Unfortunately I went to get A Foundation Drink and there was ROACHES crawling in and out around the machine where it Dispense at told both Clerks and either they ALREADY knew Of the PROBLEM or DIDN'T Care both of them acted in a Way I would never expected.Smh poor Customer service if u Don't Care Stay At home tomorrow that was unprofessional.Can we get some Workers who Actually care and U guys Sell food ??7285 Crestway in Converse Texas has Roaches and employees who don't CARE
