Hi I just moved into the city. I'm a traveler business. I never rate except when absolutely necessary. And this is the time. Of all, restrooms well convience store restrooms this one is by far the cleanest, most inviting restroom. I mean come on the customer service the cashier's, the man cooking the food for the Laredo Taco inside this establishment. Need I say more??? You guys have to come look inside and check out a lotto or two!! Overall, great atmosphere and amazing experience. Please continue the hard work to keep that place astonishing.

This is by far favorite seven eleven from Texas to Massachusetts. It far surpasses every other seven eleven I lived off of in New York.
Every single employee I've met so far is incredibly nice. The bathroom was stellar. No expired food laying around. I seriously don't know how someone could rate any lover than a 4.5.

Card doesn’t work in gas, so I go to cashier and she doesn’t even know what she’s doing and I gotta go back outside to see I didn’t get the 5$ put into my gas, so I tell them to do it again and it’s done correctly and it takes 3 seconds to fill 0.01 gallon

It was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever been in. Poop paper towels overflow the trash can, mystery liquid all over the ground in front of the toilet. The sink looks like it has never been clean. The sign asking if they have hit the mark to report the bathroom is mostly torn off, so you can't report it. If I didn't have an emergency and had to use the bathroom, I would not have set foot in there. I would rather go to the bathroom in an old Porta potty in a construction zone than go back there. The outside of the store has trash flying around and looks like the sidewalk has never been cleaned.

Filthy, floors are sticky, shelves are in disarray, never more than one clerk. The owners of this store couldn’t care less. Gas pumps are so nasty, getting a receipt for purchase is a joke. This is all par for the course for San Antonio. This city is beyond third world.

Says 24hrs but there are two young kids walking around with the doors locked & not letting anyone in. Their excuse was "lots of cleaning to do" while guarding the doors together.One of the workers came to the front & tried getting back in & realized the front door was locked. So I rolled the window down to ask if they were supposed to be open 24hours & he stopped, looked at me, took a drink of his water & kept on walking.They were BOTH rude & disrespectful & I'd be willing to bet at least one of the two, seemed strung out on some sort of drugs.AVOID THIS PLACE.

Do not buy their vape products. They are the fake/knock-offs imitating legitimate brands. The vapes are faulty and they will not refund.

Never received such bad service at a gas station before. The tall clerk who’s blasting music decided I’m responsible to collect the items for my mobile order while - management is truly wasting money on this guy and can find way better.
Not ordering or even filling up here in the future.
