The worst experience ever Michael the mgr has always had an attitude and rude as hell items are placed in the wrong place and asking him if that's the correct price he replies saying i don't make the prices and when you ask for change after a transaction he denies you saying not today also why are you charging 8 dollars for a dozen eggs noone does that this store over charges for a 299 half off they want 332 how is that half off smh I don't understand why the prices are more than the other stores 7/11 ones smh

Got money out of atm and was gonna purchase a cheap product to get change. Employee stated boss said that purchases have to be at least $10 to get change. Really not a good experience, i get you can refuse to make money.

Don’t ever come here. No restroom and no gas when I stopped here to fuel and deposit. Also what looks like a homeless shelter is on the left side of the building. Trust me. Wait, you can hold it.

We were driving back from Cali, Stopped in El paso and this was the second stop in our 2 day drive and the restroom said it didn’t work. I asked if me and my 4 kids could use the restroom and they said he didn’t have a key… So much for 7/11

The cashiers are very polite and told me to wait a couple of minutes then I said sure it’s fine not in a hurry like the rest of the fast and furious morning racers. Then I put 5.50 dollars of gas with 1.29 pepper jack cheese crackers so only had 6.90 in my bank and Uber taking forever to pay my cash out and I was going to pay .89 cent for the big gulp in us currency so she told me don’t worry ? I taken care of the drink for me and it made my morning super duper okay I hope next time Uber don’t leave me stranded and if I did I will be here at this 7-11 ? ?? thank you so much

I Lost My Wallet And Was Devastated, I Double Back Went Back Inside 7-11 Were I Last Used My Wallet. Well Let Me Tell You, If It Wasn't For Crystal Who Spotted My Wallet I Wouldn't Have Been Writing This Comment. She Grabbed My Wallet, Kept It In A Safe Place Till I Got Back And She Made Sure That It Was Mines. She's A Honest Person, I Don't Know How Much Too Thank Her. The Other Employees Are Also Very Respectful And Professional. I Know The Area Is Not Too Good But They Are Professionals Each And Every One Of 7-11 Employees I Came Across At This Very Same Store. Don't Believe The Negative Comments Those Are The Same People That Have Probably Got Caught Stealing Or Have A Bad Attitude. These People Deal With It In A Professional Manner I Have Witness It With My Own Eyes.

Marie is the kind of person every convenience store should have on board, she is the definition of professional. Poor thing was only employee on hand and she dealt with long line of customers in the mostt professional way I have ever seen. The woman behind me just complained and complained about how everytime is the same thing long lines not enough employees I turned around and told her if it's such an inconvenience then maybe she should try going earlier since they are open 24hrs she just looked away. Marie if this gets to you, keep up the great work sweetheart.
