I appreciate the San Antonio team immensely. Adolph kept us up to date as he got our stuff across country. Jacob and the rest of the crew did a great job getting things from the apartment to the right rooms in the new house. There were mishaps but they were honest about it and it was minor. I'm just happy we didn't have to get all this stuff up the stairs. This went better than expected and I'm very grateful!

This company is terrible when it comes to item delivery or costumer service. We had them deliver several large packages to our company and it was a struggle to work with them. They did not show up on the originally scheduled delivery date. After we rescheduled, they could not find the building to deliver to, despite us giving the drivers clear directions. On the third scheduled appointment they finally showed up, but went to the wrong building, we needed to redirect them. When we called to company to file a complaint, they kept forwarding the call to different people's voicemails and none of them ever returned our phone call. I would never hire such an unprofessional company.

The best customer service i have ever seen... they go an extra mile just to make a customer satisfied, very clean and organized yard, unlike other moving places, where i had to repair and replace tires from nails....God Bless you Guys, very happy for all your hard work and outstanding service

Moving across country feels like a pretty overwhelming endeavor, but thanks to Brittany Callier and the team at A-1 Freeman in San Antonio, our move was as hassle free as we could have hoped. From Brittany’s original weight estimate (which was spot-on), to our driver who kept me very well informed and made sure a last minute addition arrived just as safe as the rest of our load, to the courteous and careful loaders/unloaders and staff, everything went smoothly and without hiccup. They were even able to accommodate our move dates, which made moving out of our house and subsequent cross-country drive much less stressful. We aren’t completely unpacked, but overall, it seems our belongings arrived safely and with minimal damage. I was also super grateful for Brittany’s dependable communication and overall concern…she even came by on loading day to make sure all was well. Very Responsive to our needs for a long distance move. Follow up, coordination was well done. The move went very smoothly with minimal damage to our household goods. Driver did a great job !

Just had a hot tub we ordered delivered by A-1 Freeman out of San Antonio. Dewey and Roy did a fantastic job and went above and beyond, providing much more than only the "curbside delivery" that the hot tub company we ordered from had said they would provide. Had a great experience and very much appreciated their persistence in trying to get the tub where we needed it in order to have a tub moving company come out and get it to its final destination in my back yard. I highly recommend this company if you need something moved.

Phillip and Jordan were my guys. They were quick and professional. Even though it was 105 degrees outside. They lifted, lugged and placed everything with a smile on their faces. Hard workers and really great guys! Thanks A-1 and special THANKS ? to Phillip and Jordan. You guys rock!

DO NOT use this company to pack or move your things. They treated our possessions like they were all trash. They packed toilet brushes with dishes. Lost the box of parts that put together all of our furniture like beds, cribs, dressers, tables and chairs. Broke numerous valuable glassware items and showed a complete lack of care or concern for our belongings. I wouldn't hire them to pack groceries! They just don't care at all. This was a military move and just to add insult to injury, we just unwrapped our American flag to discover it is also broken. I sent an email as instructed, however I'm sure I will not receive an answer back. I received a very generic response to my email. I have not heard from anybody since. However they said they will send this to the general manager to ensure that this will never happen again. The only way to ensure this does not happen to you is to NEVER hire them in the first place.
