We've been using a1 storage since the early 2000s. If you give them a call , you can make a payment over the phone to pay your monthly due for using their services . Vivianne is kind and professional and so is her husband. If you need the 2nd lock removed just kindly speak to them and they'll take care of that for you.

We have been at this location for many years and we have multiple units. We receive great customer service and our units are very safe. Pricing is good for square footage. You will be in good hands with Vivian, Lorenzo and Staff

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Would not recommend. This is my first ever review for any company. Which says a lot in itself. Wouldn’t not recommend to anyone. Please take your business elsewhere.

They will allow people to go into your unit without proper identification or signing in. They have footage of two individuals removing my lock with bolt cutters, however, Vivian claimed they allowed them in because “they had keys.” These people coincidentally enough decided to brake into my specific unit that had not been visited in 8 months.Even if you are making your payments, management is somehow still able to open your unit and trash out all your things, just because they can’t reach you. They trashed out about 5k worth of items after the fact my emergency contact informed them we had no plans on vacating the unit. Anyone can get into the premises because sign in is optional, they will not call the cops as the sign upon entry states.Do not sign with these people.

Storage has a sign that states "Stop. You must sign in with manager before proceeding or police will be notified" yet a month ago my sister's storage was broken into and emptied by a person who refused to sign in, and management did not do anything because they felt "intimidated". My sister has been making all the payments, to include the month of May, and was not aware of the situation until she received a voicemail at the end of the month stating that she appears to have vacated the unit and they removed her last item, charging her a cleaning fee. They did not investigate the incident with the individual using bolt-cutters to open the unit, and management is not claiming any form of responsibility. Extra note: Cops were involved, footage was reviewed and Vivian stated that they "were nice enough to show the security footage". 0 accountability and hard to deal with, store your stuff somewhere else.

If you want your items stolen because management doesn't have the balls to follow their own policy, then look no further as this is the place for you! My daughter's unit was broken into (there is video of thieves using boltcutters) and all of my son's military possessions were taken (he is currently deployed overseas). Management has claimed ZERO responsibility even though the assailants never signed in (per their policy) and when "confronted" by management, were left alone due to them being "confrontational". Did management call police as per their own policy? Nope! And Vivian (owner/manager) will give you every story under the sun and straight out lie to you to evade responsibility. I'd give negative stars on here if possible as giving one star is an insult to the star. Long story short, if you want your items kept in a den of thieves, then A-1 Self Storage is perfect for you.

Not a good business. My family had their unit broken into and robbed and managment did not notify us of this until almost a month later. Managment offered no compensation for this issue and claimed they were not liable for anything that happened to our unit even though the break in occurred on their property and we locked up our unit correctly. Do not trust these people and their business. Very sketchy situation and awful service.

0 stars if i could. wish i picked up on the red flags, storage unit was super suspicious.. they ask questions to make sure no one will be around the unit and coincidentally gets broken into. I wasn’t even advised until far too late and even then it felt like i was an inconvenience for something out of my control? save yourself the hassle and save your stuff.

They have the rudest employees!! They trashed things that were in storage even though rent was paid. Horrible security measures and won’t take any responsibility when all the evidence and video footage is shown. Don’t rent here unless you want pay to get your things stolen and trashed!
