It was super easy to rent a unit and upgrade. Ray met with me earlier in the day to get me set up and assisted with a transfer to a bigger unit when I decided last minute that I needed something bigger.
Clean facility, secure, friendly.

Julian is by far the most helpful person i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting with at a storage facility. Amazing customer service at this location as well as a beautiful facility. AC constantly blowing and they always have some great music playing throughout the facility. Again, Julian was extremely helpful and kept in constant contact with me. Give him a raise immediately!!!

My father had a unit at A-AAA Key Mini Storage. He passed away and I came from out of town to deal with the estate. Of course, I was expecting a hassle getting access to the unit, but experienced anything but. Julian was a joy to work with and made getting access to the unit and putting it in my name a seamless process. I could not speak higher of his professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend A-AAA Key Mini Storage.

I just want to thank the store manager Julian at Key Storage off Military. Moving to the Alamo Ranch area I was struggling to find a reliable spot to hold valuables at and Julian made that decision so easy to make. The entire process from choosing a unit to putting my valuables in storage was extremely efficient and easy! Thanks Julian!
