Called and left a message with details as asked according to the voice mail.
Soon after, within 15 minutes I received a call from Rebecca. She was polite, professional and prompt. Had my storage unit ready in about an hour.
She explained everything and asked if I needed any special accommodations or anything.
Her customer service is top notch.
I hope the owner appreciates her because I will recommend this location as long as Rebecca is there to manage the business.
