I mean, it's a storage unit. Only reason for the low review is that I started with two units 3 years ago. Now the price of my one unit is the price of the two. My monthly fee has gone up every 4 or 5 months.

They answered the phone every time I called and was able to get me into a storage unit while on the phone and walked me through the easy process of electronic Bluetooth access to the gate and to the storage unit which was completed with ease on multiple occasions. We took our 26' u haul and were able to negotiate the place with ease. The inside of the unit was clean and came with a light for easy loading in the dark. Great location near the airport.

Lockaway Storage on Nakoma facility looked very clean and secured as we pulled up. As we walked in, Karla greeted us politely. She had the units available that we saw online and offered to show us those and others.The unit available was very clean. Went to look at another one and that one was very clean as well. They had lighting available in these that other storages didn’t have that we looked at.What we like about these is it’s all done with the app. Access to gate, storage and payments all through the app. Plus you can share it with others so they can have access as well.Very pleased with Karla and how she took care of us and our needs professionally. Will definitely use this place for our future needs and definitely recommend Lockaway Storage to family and others.

I rented a storage lock from Melissa, and later in the day. I didn't need the storage after all, and Melissa didn't hesitate. She explained all the policy's and procedures. Didn't give me any trouble or push back on giving the refund to me. Thank Melissa! Your the best, and hope others find out themselves after renting from lock away!
