We just bought a refrigerator today. If you want a nice selection of stainless steel fridges, at a great variety of prices, this is your place. No pressure, just let us shop, and they were super friendly. Gave us a 5% discount to take our picture, with our fridge for their FB page. We will be back.

We bought our washer, dryer, and refrigerator here about two years ago way below retail price! they have minor dings and scratches but nothing noticeable unless you are really looking for it. Dan was great and so helpful. Delivery and setup was smooth. Haven't had any problems with the appliances. 10/10!!

Visited this location in hopes of doing business. No manager or salesperson were available. Selection was very limited and nobody was around to try and sell me something.

I found out here while searching for a refrigerator. I wanted to buy a high-quality product at a reasonable price. But I didn't have enough money, so I had to make a careful choice. Dan is an incredibly kind and nice person. He guided me well about the products and told me what to use. There are various types of products and the quality is sooooo good. Needless to say the price. It would be hard to buy such a good product at this price. Plus, it has a one-year warranty. When I contacted him because there was something I was not sure about while using the product, he kindly explained it to me. Thank you very much!

I wanted to wait a couple of months before I reviewed. A Better Buy Appliance is Great! Can't beat the prices. Bought an LG Thinq door in door, French door smart fridge and a Samsung washer/dryer set. Had an issue with the filter door and he came right out to the house and put a new on the next day. Saved over $800 from the lowest discount price in San Antonio. Two tiny chip scratches in chrome handle. Washer/dryer were perfect and saved $400. Strongly recommend.

After browsing many appliance stores decided to stop here and take a look. Melvin greeted us and treated us like family with tons of patience. This place has the best prices you won't beat. We purchased a beautiful refrigerator and are excited to use all the features it has to offer. If you need any appliance I highly recommend this place. Melvin will definitely help you out!!

Scratch and dent... these look brand new!!!! Our washer went out of course right before the weekend laundry duty. Not only did we have the washer problem but a counter height issue. None of the newer front loads would fit. Dan worked with us to get the feet to go down (not by simply twisting) and as you can see it fits perfectly. We purchased on a Tuesday and by Thursday we were cleaning clothes. All other big name places would've taken weeks to get them installed. I highly recommend A Better Buy Appliance to anyone not wanting to pay overpriced retailers and don't mind a minor flaw (still can't find one on my washer/dryer). I'm looking forward to another appliance going out just so I can get a nicer one here LOL.

Purchased our appliances here (washer, dryer, & refrigerator) all work great and are in great condition for way cheaper than if we would have went to a big box store! Definitely recommend Dan and his crew!!
