DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I bought a refrigerator from them for $450 not including the taxes and $100 warranty Feb. 22th 2024 it went out in April 14th 2024 but was in car accident and couldnt do much due to lost wages but lost $400 in food took them about a week or so from may 3rd to come check it out, after wanting me to pay $75 for a trip fee but my last $50 went to them, then the maintenance guy reset the fridge and says your all good I'll be back in a week to change out a part, week and a half or so later no show, no call so I called them, they told me it's gonna be $389 for the part and labor, I ask even with the warranty they told me that I never mentioned me having warranty even when I told the lady many times when I was setting up the service for the fridge, then I get told they can come out in a week ok fine, the refrigerator goes out again with about $400 of groceries in the fridge before mothers days barbecue could happen, the guy came reset the fridge and put in the part says your all good, so I wait 3 days then go buy groceries with my check, it goes out again about a week and a half or less around May 23rd this point I bought a second fridge as a back up saved the groceries this time but took them till Jun 14th to talk about a switching out the refrigerator, my choices were damaged and/ broken ice makers was told all the fridges were same price range the fridge I got was priced at $399 still with sticker on the back (thought whatever $51 bucks just leave it) but it was missing multiple shelves and drawers and plus the ice maker didn't work even though I was told it dispenses ice but won't make the ice, been trying to get the missing shelves and drawers since Jun 16th 2024, have been patient with them and I am getting frustrated with them hanging up on me and giving me a run around! Total scam artists! Wonder what Kens 5 would think about them! I still have all my messages and call logs to and from this business! Can't wait to see their excuse for their sucky business logics and poor customer service! DON'T GO HERE TO BUY APPLIANCES!!

I just wanted to leave my comment here as a former customer. I purchased a washer & dryer set from this company about a year ago & I have been unhappy with my purchase since. They have had someone come “fix it” but had no idea what they were doing and kept having repeated issues for months so we stopped calling to have them come fix an issue they couldn’t fix. We have been dealing with this horrible washer ever since. Please whatever you do don’t go here. Take your money elsewhere.

Appliances are garbage i bought a washer n dryer there awhile back had problems right away I wouldn't waste ur hard working money there at all it's really going to be a hit or miss on there appliances tbh

I went to buy a part for my dryer. I had watched a few videos and was trying to diagnose the issue based on those videos. I explained the issue and type of dryer and had the switch in stock. They also gave some hints on how to install it myself After I installed the switched I damaged the switch. I had pulled out one of the wires, I went back expecting to have buy another switch. Fortunately they looked at it and if I was willing to go without my dryer light , the switch would still work. Being that my dryer is over 20 years old that was not an issue. I went home and installed the switch and my dryer works without the light. They could easily just have sold me a new switch and not checked to see if the switch would still. They did a great job and I will go back in the future.

Was originally met with friendliness and courtesy but don't be fooled. There is a reason they have the repair warranty and don't be fooled by it, carefully read through your contract because they do hide information in that fine print. We bought an item not even a month ago and it already has an issue. Unfortunately we brought it home instead of paying for delivery. Now they want half the price of the machine just to come out and look at it. Ridiculous. We bought several appliances from here in the past but we won't be returning.

I give A+ 10 stars!! It’s sooo refreshing dealing with a truly professional company with integrity and honesty. When my refrigerator stopped cooling, I called them and they got right to work. I didn’t have to worry if they would show up or try to rip me off. They provided my tenant with fast and excellent service. I will always buy my appliances from them. GREAT JOB!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE.
Don’t waste your time or money.
First they BS about something wrong with a fridge of my parents, they let it go and I’m 100% sure these people just sold it.
Fast forward a couple months, my parents (older white folks who are NOT rich) needed a washer and dryer, and mistakenly went to this place. These people dropped the washer and dryers off (almost at the wrong house) and just dumped them there without hooking anything or helping anyone and took the other two washers my parents had. They kept blowing them off saying they should’ve tagged them (but yet the workers willingly just took them without mentioning to anyone they should be tagged). Me and my spouse had to go in with my mother to make sure they were either going to give her washers back to her or they would pay her. They looked so nervous and started whispering to each other and then proceeded to ask if she took cash app. REALLY PEOPLE. I mentioned out loud if she even knew how to use it. SHE’S in her 60’s and retired cmon people. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. My parents are too nice and I guarantee if we wouldn’t have gone in with my mom they would’ve never given her a call back or her money. It took 2 weeks for them to even pay her only after rolling in 3 people deep on them. Plus the washer and dryer they sold my mom is a CRAP deal I can’t even believe they sold this to her. Pretty sure they took advantage of her cause the way she looks. IS THIS HOW PEOPLE TREAT RETIRED VETERANS?????? DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
