A Plus Transmissions was a huge help to me not once but after today twice. Mario set me straight on another car issue two months ago, and today was no different. They are simply as good as it gets.Straightforward, honest, attentive, and everything else you could ask for. For My car and service needs, A+ is as good as it gets. The only reason I didn’t give you 5 stars is because of a lack of communication.They have too many customers and Ethan was overwhelmed hire more office help. Satisfied with transmission overhauled on 2010 Silverado one week out. Time will tell

Replaced transmission filter, flushed fluid. They did a great job. Car runs great now. Very professional, honest and responsible, appointment process is easy. Highly recommended!!

After a preliminary check on my cars' transmission, we were informed what they would need to do to get a thorough diagnosis of the problem. After learning what it would cost just to have the transmission properly checked out, I decided I could not afford the cost just to find out what would have to be done to fix the problem. My car is a 1999 Chrysler 300 M, and we are trying to decide if the car is even worth fixing at its age. I declined further inspection.My daughter went to pick my car up after hours and several nights later.The car would not move. Since I had driven it to the shop; granted in 1st gear only, I expected to be able to drive it the short distance home, in 1st gear only; but could not.The car sat at the shop for more days while we tried to figure out how to get ithome. I told my daughter that I bet they drained all the transmission fluid to check it; but did not replace it. We returned days later, again after hours, and come to find out, that seemed to be the problem because when she added 2 quarts of fluid I was able to drive it home, in 1st gear with no problems. After getting it home she added 2 more quarts and it will now shift up to 3rd gear. Still need to add more fluid to see if that was the problem all along.....all of this to say....The guys at the shop were very nice and professional. I have no complaints other than I think I should have been able to drive it back home without all the hassle of trying to hunt down the proper fluids at 10:30 at night.

We had a very good experience with A+ transmission. They work out a experience we never had with our extended warranty. Mario and Elijah were great with customer service very patience with our extended car warranty. They did a great job helping us out. Went in on Wednesday for a cvt fluid change. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and polite, they said it would take 1-2 hours to be done. They surprised me by being done in 50 minutes! Everything checks out, car is running great, and the price was very, very reasonable.Service: Transmission

Great communication and honest assessment of my transmission. They couldn’t find anything wrong after doing a road test. Nothing came up with further diagnostics, but instead of pushing for more services, they just let me know the vehicle was ready. I decided on a very reasonably priced transmission fluid change.

Our experience with this shop would have been different maybe if a third party wasn’t involved, but unfortunately we witness unprofessionalism from Mario after he gave us different diagnosis and was told by Chula Auto Sports from across the street to change diagnostic. We had to leave our car with them after Gill from Chulas told us to send it there to get it checked for possible transmission issues. Well we leave the car on a Tuesday and it didn’t get checked till Saturday and my Monday when my husband went to get an update to see if we can pick up the car to get to work, he was told by Mario that there was an issue with the transmission and that he would have to inform Gill to see if they would cover. My husband confirmed the type of car and the fact that it was sent over from Chulas. Five more days pass and we get a call from Tina at Chulas and are told a different diagnostic. When my husband went to visit Mario to see why he was told otherwise, Mario said he was mistaken and had similar cars. How does a mechanic get confused and quote a specific price for a service and then turn around and say something else. Regardless of the truth, this is bad practices and unprofessionalism. I would advise this company stop partnering with bad apples like Chulas Auto Sports if they want to remain a reputable business.
