Limited variety, I came in here looking for a shirt. I was quickly swarmed by 2 employees. They followed me around watched my every move until i made my purchase. I was extremely offended. Won't be returning.

Ive been shopping at Armani Exchange frequently for the last several months, I’ve made several purchases and have never had a problem with sales staff, until today! I attempted to make a return on 2 shirts that didn’t fit, I had a receipt but unfortunately not the tags. I spoke to sales associate who claimed was a manager MATTHEW MENDOZA. He stated he could not process my return due to no tags on items although I had my receipt and was within the 30 day return policy. I explained to him shirts have not been worn, Why would I not get my return as a frequent paying customer? He became aggressive and rude with sarcasm raising his voice telling me he could not help me without tags! I asked for his manager, and he stated he is the manager which I highly doubt! I told him I would return tomorrow to speak to an adult manager who will actually do there job and process my return.
