Beware have never experienced so much harassment by a storage facility. The manager there is unprofessional will never do business with CubeSmart again. District manager Ruben Ybarra is a joke CubeSmart should look for people that actually want to work. His response has always been ignore the customer needs. If CubeSmart really wants to put customers first they should think about the people they hire. The worst storage unit in San Antonio. Gate is always open and people are living in the units but the storage facility does not care.

I’ve recently had dealt with a new employee from the company named Devora and she was the most unprofessional and rude individual I’ve ever had done business with. At first I believed that maybe she just had a bad day but then I had heard from other people who’ve had done business with her and they had told me about their similar unprofessional experiences with her. My encounter with this storage unit was all unprofessional solely because of her and I would strongly not recommend anyone else do business with this storage unit.

Customer service has gone down dramatically the new staff is disrespectful. No customer service skills at all. I’ve heard her have inappropriate phone call conversations while on duty while she rides around on golf cart. I will be looking for another place to rent.
Update… I would like to add I emailed the help email provided and received a call from district manager his resolution to my problem was to warn me again and tell me that I can get evicted … I need someone higher up than district manager to contact me this is ridiculous to get threaten every time you complain about their harassing behavior no customer service support at all

Davora was very helpful with my unit questions. I’ve seen Davora and Vionce constantly cleaning the property. They are very nice ladies, I’d recommend this Cube smart. Great pricing!
