I been a customer for years they even referred me as a golden star customer until now ...I spoke to customer service representative over the phone ,let her know that I would be 10 days late on a payment ,due to a family emergency...she responded NO THEY CAN NOT WAIT ..so now they are calling 2-3 times a day knocking on doors .I'm not home !! .calm down I gave u a date when its gonna be paid ..

First of all I went to the store after they called said my item was ready to pickup and then and hour and 10 minutes before closing they locked the door i called and called no answer so i began to knock knock and finally a lady aproches the door wouldn't let me in and asked who I am and what reason for being there i explained everything kinda shady like getting high or having some sort of fling with the other person but i didn't appreciate any of this.
