This location is so inconsistent with their communication in delivering merchandise and in what they tell you. They hang up on you when you're trying to prove a point. DON'T do business with them..go to another location where you are treated with respect and with good old honesty. We were told we needed one and a half more payments to finish..now it's a month and a half left to go..so much for communicating. They record the phone comversations. Hopefully they play them back and listen to themselves and their bs.

I've been a loyal customer to your store for years and I have never been late with my account but if you get just a little late with your payment one time and you will have a call from the account's manager giving you the 5th degree making you feel like you are a deadbeat that doesn't want to pay, not to mention that I had already called and made arrangements to pay!! So yeah, that's why I'm changing my review

Well this place is a disappointment.. I came months ago and wrote my name and number on a list for the ps5 and was told that I would be contacted once they came in that’s it and I’ve been checking in every 2 weeks basically... now I come in and they tell me they gotten more but said I have needed to have an account with them and have had to of paid off three items with them to be eligible to purchase a ps5... they have just completely wasted my time and for that I’ll NEVER do business with Aaron’s!

I leased to own GAS RANGE WHIRLPOOL 5.0CF SELFCLEAN_When I was too late they even went to my Home. So, I would rush to the store to pay_I received letters &promotions. Today, I was very exicted to pay off the remainder I owed. Ann, from Aaron's by Our Lady of the Lake University on Zarzamora told me, "I took your payment, but MY printer was not working so I could not print a Certificate of ownership for you, but will be happy to do it any time." I left my email for it to be emailed, but received nothing. So, I thought I would call the store on my way home & asked if they would mail it. She said, "We do not have 1one stamp, etc.," Finally, I asked if I could speak to a manager_She said, " I am one of the managers, etc." I was actually not complaining, I was just excited to have paid off my account & appliance. But, now I am complaining. Why is it people dislike for me to own anything & say "my" but these can & infringe upon my pursuit of happiness to do so? Only the men in this store take a payment as if it is there job. With everybody else there it seems like she said, "I took your payment_" as if it is a great favor they are doing me by allowing me to pay into my account. More so, it felt very uncomfortable for her to write down my email on a piece of paper on the desk. If she is the manager she can see my email after I identify myself & give my address_why write it down. Also, when I go online which yes I could have done but my excitement got the best of me_there is no line or anywhere I obtain a certificate of ownership_simply it 0 zeroed out but the blue line is not complete_will this technical problem be my fault, too. And, what an insult, "We do not have 1 one stamp." People are always in need of appliances_But, feeling as if you are begging to pay is not very nice. I need a refigerator, but certainly not going back there at all! I understand these are stressful times, but that is not nice. And, I am grateful if not I would make a true issue of it. I want nothing else but to have the freedom to conduct commerce like any other person.

They picked up my TV months ago to get repaired and is still not returned and before it was even picked up from store it took 3 weeks. Very bad service whats the point of paying for insurance or warranty

I Keep getting charged automatically at random times without authorization, I don’t have my account on auto pay but they keep using my card. My emails show when I’m the one who made the payment and when they’re the ones putting it in. I get receipts for my transactions but I never get a receipt for the ones they take.

I got a refrigerator from here that leaks water now my kitchen floor is mess up bc of it is taking them 3 months to replace a new one nightmare store. Save ur money and go somewhere else management is bad here. Roomstogo or anywhere else is better then arons. Never ever again buy anything here

I went in with my income tax and wanted to pay off my account. I ask how much it was to pay off and paid cash. The manger roxy or Roxanne tried to get me to get something else and even told her employee to “ring the bell”. In oct I wanted to get my son a ps4 and tv so I ordered it online and got a call from roxy telling me I still owed on first account. I told her what do you mean I payed over a grand and a half to pay off my account. She informed me she has customers all the time put money down for payments like that. I told her b.s. with that kind of money I could go to Walmart and buy a PlayStation and tv outright. I feel she put my payment to pay off account towards the finance payments So she could get more money out of me. This is a very shady way to do business and I’m glad I caught it for me I’ll never do business with them again because of her and I share my story with everyone I can.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst customer service ever!!!! Bought a dryer and it broke not even a few months of having it. When we called to ask for help the lady stated "well you bought it it's your responsibility" they ended up picking it up anyway, and when we called to ask about it they said whatever is wrong with it you have to pay someone else to fix it. It's been a week and I still have not been able to get any information about my dryer and they still have it. Worst place ever!!!!
