I have repeatedly requested repair on our washing machine & it has YET to be repaired. They sent seme guys to come pick it up to only sit at their store for a couple of months & absolutely nothing was fixed. The machine still makes the exact same sounds. The manager has never called me back. I filed a complaint with “corporate”. No one has returned my calls.

Wanna give a huge shoutout to Anna and her manager for going above and beyond to work with my schedule and informing me of all of my options. Y’all rock, merry Christmas, and a happy new year!
Also got to meet Kelly (not under the best circumstances, sorry Kelly it was my mistake), BUT she was a dream! Even though I made a mistake with my finances, she was kind, courteous , and respectful. I haven’t met such a well maintained team of individuals in a long time. Keep up the great work!

Ordered a TV on a Thursday showed ready for delivery by Saturday, no phone call to me to setup delivery, call on Monday and said would do it on Tuesday, never showed up and no phone call to let me know, waited Wednesday for delivery or phone call nothing, called store and no answer, called customer service to cancel. Maybe Aaron’s isn’t bad at all but this store for me stinks! Poor communication and customer service is below par at best!

I’m very frustrated and annoyed with this Aaron’s. 🙄 I have never had problems with the previous staff or manger. Now I’m having problems after problems. My washer machine came back to me with some type of stains and awful smell. The water wasn’t going down. I called immediately as to not wanting to damage my machine. But it just feels like because they didn’t drain the water it caused odors, water stains, and other stains. They just had it picked up without draining it. I had it for five days until it was picked up on top of it. also, the detergent tray was loose, I thought it was broke. 🤦🏾♀️ I questioned was it really my machine. I was in complete shock. I got along with JJ and Ken good. They were both business men. I’m afraid to order anything or have anymore repairs by them. I’m definitely a unsatisfied customer now and disappointed. We pay good money for this terrible customer service experience.

Spoke with acct manager and was not helpful at all. Gave no options due to my fraud on my cc just said call back sat this is a pre paid service ma’am borrow the money from family. I’ve been a customer for years never late and have had multiple accts I will not be a customer much longer I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been with Arron’s for 2 years they were great until recently the new management they have going on has been the worse . Times are hard right now but I ALWAYS made sure to keep in contact and my bill has ALWAYS been paid . I have been harassed by their own employees coming to my house which has never happen in the 2 years of doing business with them , I basically had my whole house furnished with them / gave everything back ! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY LIE AND OBVIOUSLY NEED IMPROVEMENT ON THERE PEOPLE SKILLS AND HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS PROPERLY. I got a way better deal looking somewhere else im truly glad I did my return !

I have been renting to own at this location for over 2yrs, paid off multiple stuff, but recently this new manager called Chris, who clearly has 0 people skills and God knows how got a management position, made me mad to the point where I cancelled a order of a 3K couch.
My story is: I ordered a couch IN STORE that was promised to be delivered the same week. When the delivery day comes, the delivery guy looks at me door and says the couch wont fit.
Me, from work, got a call from that delivery guy saying “next time try to measure your door and the couch” ???? When I was in store the person was more than happy to sell me the couch, with no mention whatsoever of measurements, KNOWING I live in a apartment complex. So that same day I went in store again to speak with management and this dude, Chris, told me that as a customer I just see something pretty that I want but dont think of logistics, really? Is that how you talk to all of your customers or just the woman you feel intimidated by?
I then picked a new couch, and was advised that I’d get a call later that day once they called other stores to let me know if any other store had the couch in, since I have been waiting for A COUCH for a week by this point. Well, no call back was done so the following day I called them back and the same boy (Chris, you are a boy trapped in a man’s body), and he treated me again horribly and act like I agreed to wait ANOTHER WEEK to get my couch deliver when that was NOT the agreement AT ALL. He then asked me for 30 min to look into it, 1hr go by and NO CALL. I then call back and he acts like he was just going to call me (just an FYI I work in customer service so I know when someone is bullying me to do give up on my quest) , he then goes on to say the couch can only be delivered in a week. I bet he didnt even try to call other stores… anyways, now I have no couch, a headache for dealing with stupid boy like him, and pissed off I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I am definitely going to a different Aarons location (because in the 2yrs I’ve rented to own, I’ve never had issues with billing) before this “manager” came around.
Please fire chris and promote Stacey. She deserves the job much better. That woman was so nice in explaining the issue with the couch, helping us find a new one and then listening to me vent after being bully by her boss.
Aarons - do better on your background checks. It’s not because they are blond with blue eyes that they are smart. Make sure to find someone with people’s skills if you want to do business with anyone.

No stars. If possible. After lossing job due to hospital closing down. We were unable to make a few payments.after talking with their debt collection we explained our situation and we have them a day we could make a payment. They continued to call everyday multiple times. And us explaing again that we gave a date when payment would be made. And they continued to harass payment that day. Then Saturday morning at 8 am my ring door bell is going off it's a Aarons employee. So after him continuing to knock on the door for more the 5 minutes. I arrived home and told him where I told him the person on the contract was not home he proceeded to get angry and told me that I looked like the type of person that does not pay my bill I'm not sure if he meant that in a racial way or what way he meant it but just poor customer service all the way around totally

I did the application and everything went smooth & I went back to pick up my stuff & The manager just started looking extra everyone else came in and out with no problem but you can tell he didn’t want toHelp me . The employee there are very nice but the manager looks like he don’t even wanna help
