I was debating on making this post. I actually like the people that work there. I just don’t want it to happen again. However, yesterday 2 guys that worked there picked up my mom’s 86 inch television. When I tell you they were very much unprofessional. My mom’s door was cracked badly. The door was so damaged she wasn’t able to close her door. She mentioned it to one of the guys and he ignored her. He ignored her because he was a coward and didn’t want to accept accountability. My mom is 65 years old so image how she felt. My mom went to panic mode. She was just left with problematic issues that they caused. She immediately called maintenance. For her safety maintenance came quick to her apartment. Maintenance told her, her door was cracked. In fact, the door actually just fall down. The guys never took accountability. Instead they lied to there manger about a knife being put up there or the door already was malfunctioning. The truth of the matter is they didn’t use the knife to hold the door. The television wasn’t handled properly that’s why her property was damaged. A knife didn’t do damage. The mishandling of the 86 inch television did and not properly securing the door.
They were both two Hispanic men. One is older with a bold head. The other is one younger. Please keep an eye on anyone handling your merchandise. My mom was signing paperwork while they were doing damage.

Let’s first start with Larry, lying LARRY. I have no idea how a man that does business like Larry even has that position. Larry is bad for business all around and Larry does not care one bit about his customers! I asked one of the employees for corporate number and Larry refused to give it to me! I have even spoken to other stores and guess what there is never nothing nice anyone can say about Larry! Something needs to be done about Larry he does not fallow any of Aaron’s policy’s he makes his own and everyone turns there face because there all scared of Larry! Well guess what I’m not he’s a no good person and a liar, lied on multiple occasions, lying Larry needs to be dealt with!

Been dealing with this place for 6 or 7 years. Larry is okay. Everybody else is okay. But today I was told three different times that they would be out. I was told at 12:00 there would be out by 2:30. I was told at 3:00 that would be out by 4:00. I was told at 5:00 that my stuff would be delivered by sometime tonight. It's pretty bad when you're told by different people that your stuff would be at certain times, but yet when they want their money they want you to go in. When they when you tell them you're going to be there or before that it's pretty ridiculous. I'm sorry Larry. I'm very upset. I like you people but when you want your money you want it right away. I give you a three today but it will be changed. I want my stuff and you can have your manager call me Larry. You could call me but you got rude with me today. I'm never rude with you but you got rude with me today. I was told at 3:00 that your people were going to lunch at 3:00 and my stuff would be here by 4:00 and when I called you at 5:00 till 5:00 you were rude. GH or my new mattress thank you guys! I appreciate you

One of the best decisions I made was choosing a couch set. They have a wide selection of couches, tables , electronics and more. Larry was very kind and knew what he was doing and all the prices of everything. The only issue was the delivery going to my parents house instead of mine.

Just got my refrigerator delivered ..Received a call from a sweet and amazing sales agent Kelly Kelly, my name for her as I love this lady. Been in the Aarons family since 1997. Buy all my appliances from Aarons because they will make repairs if you need, as you rent to own, and have awesome insurance in case you are out of work. No.. I do not work here . Although if I did, would love to work under Larry- as he is not only a good leader to work for, but his integrity is his best quality. He never lets me down.. Thanks Larry, perfect Fridge. Will need a washer and dryer soon.

I should have read the reviews BEGORE I put in an order online for a sofa. Even made a payment, but I still have yet to receive it, or a call from them. I've made 2 calls and spoke to a gentleman named Larry, who is very professional by the way, He told me he saw my name and order and would look into it, he told me he would call me back. He told me that last time as well. I just want a sofa! So we are not sitting on the floor. I will reevaluate my review after I receive what I'm starting to pay on. Shaking my head.

Excellent customer service @ this location, whenever paying the bill as well as delivery. When we had a slight problem it was efficiently and quickly resolved with excellent service. Thanks for providing good quality products and great service , Truly Appreciate it! Including All Staff Thanks!!!

I’m 10 days behind on my bill due to taking an LOA from work for a funeral in the family. I am waiting on my paycheck to come on this upcoming Tuesday to pay upcoming the bills. I SHOULD NOT ABSOLUTELY NOT SEE/HEAR SOMEONE KNOCKING ON MY DOOR AT 9PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY WHEH YOU CLOSE AT 8!!!!!! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! IM NOT EVEN 1 MONTH BEHIND YET!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS NOW!!!!!!!
