Have made good on my payments for 8 mos until I had an emergency and missed 1 payment. Instead of finding out what happened to my missed payment and see if they could work something out, they send a representative out to my apartment as a threat to take my furniture! This is how they treat customers that pay on time and I stress I missed 1 payment!!! I'll never rent from them again!!!!! That's very insensitive to send a rep for 1 missed payment!!!

They got back there old guy that use to work in accounts. So he's back and he's now the cam every time I need help call Aaron's and ask to speak to the CAM he with help you the best way he can also they got NEW PTS TO DELIVER OUR MERCHANDISE THAT WE GET FROM THEM AND THEY ALSO ARE SO HELPFUL

I've rented from them over the last 5 years. Never any problems and excellent customer service. I bought a washer, dryer, sofa/loveseat and laptop.

Although customer service is bad they have a new management and it seems he has everything under control .when my merchandise needed to be fixed they came out right away and also i needed time to make a payment and he gave til the end of the month as long as i secured my payment .i just dont like how i make payments and im almost done on making payments and the day i forgot they were at my door. Just look at my history my paydates fall different which allows me to be late . but i ALWAYS make it priority to pay yall. Its just RENT AND FOOD COMES FIRST.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! They have the worst customer service! Sales Manager Alex won't return a call, not sure what is so hard about picking up the phone and dialing a phone number! Store manager is even worse, very condescending attitude!

Do not rent from this place located on Walzem Road. I ordered a whirlpool cabrio washer and dryer two weeks ago. I have called several times and I never received any call backs informing me as too when I will receive. Applying online says 5-7 days delivery. I understand that hurricane Harvey prevented the delivery of the items to their store, however it has already been 14 days. I do know that the items were delivered as of yesterday, however again no one has return my calls to set us up for delivery. I had talked to Alex two weeks ago and he said that because of Harvey it would be delayed. I then started calling and left messages for manager to call me back with Keith. This morning I called again left message for another call back with the manager of the collections Mitchell to have manager return my call. I then called again and spoke too Nick. He said that he sees items here however not on delivery. Told him to cancel order and credit my bank account 25.00. He could careless and said ok he would cancel. We have been customers for 18 years. We are done with that place. I would have expected Better customer service being that we have paid them a lot of cash the past several years. Yes we have damaged credit that is why we go with them. I have bought two laptops from Aarons in North Carolina. I am a writer so when my latest laptop began to fail I applied online for a new laptop with this location. They took my initial $25 payment and said my laptop was at the store I waited for delivery instructions. I did not ask for delivery but that seemed to be their process so didn't question it. My last two laptops I picked up at the store but no problem. I work nights so available to receive delivery. I called the store after two weeks and was told that that 'pending delivery' status was not accurate that the local store did not have my laptop it was in Houston but would be delivered to my local store Monday. Then I was told the delivery to me would occur Monday night between 5 and 9. I received a call from Marcell at 8 pm Monday who said he was minutes away. At 9:40 I left for work. I received a call promising delivery Tuesday between 5 and 9 pm. Again a no show. I called the store Wednesday since I am off work Wednesday and Thursday night and was told that since my home is a long term residential motel (I have lived here since November) the manger would need to approve the delivery. I offered to pick up my laptop but again was told the manager needed to approve it. Now I have contacted the Aarons chat customer service feature and was told to contact my store. When asking for their help they said they cannot help me. I was told the manager Michael would contact me but two days later no call. As things stand, according to customer service there is a problem with my residency. So tomorrow I owe my second payment with no product and no calls from the local store. According to customer service I can only receive a refund at the store yet the order has not been cancelled. My first two purchases from Aarons were without problems. Now I am waiting for an answer. Aarons customer service will not help and the local store will not contact me. I refuse to call them again after 4 calls and two missed deliveries. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. This location is not to be trusted. If things change I will update this posting in the name of fairness but for now I am very very very unhappy.
