Very rude. Lady refused to bring the package 2 feet more and refused to give us more than a 20 minute notice for delivery. She explained that she’s making it clear to the driver to not deliver the package where we are asking it to be delivered. Not sure who the receptionist is, but not a good look for the business. We are running a business as well and would hate for someone like her to be the voice of our business with her rude tone and refusal to help customers even though it won’t inconvenience the driver at all.

Scheduled a week in advance. I’m waiting on the day and no arrival. I call and ask where my shipment is and they said it didn’t get loaded to be delivered. Wasted hours waiting. Why schedule a week in advance if you’re just not going to deliver on the day. Do not recommend.

I got a notification when the package was coming which was accurate and the delivery driver Chris was professional and helpful.

I had a roof top tent delivered by this company. Not only did they store it for the ride incorrectly, but upon opening the box the fiberglass roof has two cracks in it. The delivery driver did not inform me that I needed to inspect the product before he quickly had me sign and ran off. I feel cheated by this shipping company. A $3000 product gone to waste because of their inability to follow directions. So very disappointing. Any good, reputable shipping company would have reminded the customer to open the product to inspect it.

Three missed pickups in a row. I'm not sure how this company stays in business. They closed for business this past two days because of the 'winter weather alert'...well that was three days before, not when it's 60 degrees and sunny. All other major carriers are running pickups just fine. To top is off, rude customer service in San Antonio. Will avoid.

Veronica with Arcbest needs some more training with customer service literally one of the worst interactions I've had over the phone. She was rude and to top it off no help at all.
