I have to say Melinda provides outstanding customer service. I was just so impressed with her ability to multitask and help with my loan along with helping customer with checks and helping another customer trying to get a hold of a customer service rep. In between she said some funny jokes that made us all laugh. Definitely a great way to start off my Friday and it’s thanks to this beautiful kind hearted soul. Will come back.
