I don’t know how this company is in business truly.. just read every other bad review. They’re all true. My order was delayed 9 days and my dining table was damaged and unrepairable. They also made me take off 2 days of work off because they said they were going to deliver it. Wouldn’t be surprised if this company gets sued soon.

I’m so satisfied with the service this company provides. The customer service has been outstanding and have more than accommodated our needs. The delivery team is also always polite, helpful and diligent. I’m so thankful for them and their team

I have no clue how this company is still in business. This is the 4th time I have had to reschedule for the same pickup and they called me again today to tell me they didn't have enough room on the truck to pick my item up, i spoke to a manager and was assured they'de make it work and come by the end of day, but its past 5 and it looks like we're getting burned by them again. Both my wife and I have taken time off work on separate days to be home only to get canceled on. The BBB needs to look into this company.

I have been waiting for my item to be delivered for almost a month. They keep rescheduling my delivery without my consent. I was given no warning. They just keep me waiting. It was a Sam’s Club order. I call and no one knows the status or location of my item. The drivers don’t call back. I had to miss work to be present for my delivery and it never arrived. No explanation or apology. They have no regard for my time. They are the worst freight shipping company I’ve ever had to deal with.

I work in the same row of warehouses as this business. Their trucks are always blocking access to our bay door and employee parking, they stack pallets all over the parking lot making it nearly impossible to back out of parking spaces, and they leave nails and screws EVERYWHERE. We constantly sweep the parking lot with magnets and I've still had to replace every tire on my vehicle. There have been times we couldn't even get into the gate to access the building because trucks were blocking access to the entire building. They leave trash/ litter everywhere and it piles up around our office entrance. We have a few female employees and some of the workers gawk and stare at us as we go back and forth to our vehicles. Overall this business is messy, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Worst delivery service. I ordered 12 in-stock items from SamsClub (6/13). 11 of them showed up Fedex in 3 days (6/16). The last item took 10 days for Action to schedule (6/23), then they rescheduled for 5 days later (6/28). Then on that delivery day they called halfway through the day to tell me they weren't coming and had to reschedule again. They said there was a problem with "the" truck. Do they only have the one truck?How about a "how can we make this right?" How about a "We'll get it on another truck and make it a priority for later today?" Nope, just reschedule again.That's two days I've spent hours waiting around for delivery that didn't show. Now we're rescheduled for 7/3. That's 20 days delivery time (assuming they show up on the third). My project is now 2 full weeks late.As if the scheduling weren't enough, I had to call 4 times to get something other than a VM dump. They say stay on the line for someone, but after a minute or so it just redials into a VM.This is the second time I've had to deal with Action Freight and the first time was frustrating too. It's 2023, you can't deliver like it's 1988.

Horrible experience, no communication.... Didn't show up when they were supposed to and failed to call or let me know and missed two days of work waiting on delivery and it didn't come till 3 days after delivery was scheduled. Every time I called I got a different story and a different delivery day.

Horrible lies!!!!! This was my 2nd attempt to have something delivered the first time the truck didn’t have diesel, then they couldn’t find the keys, etc. Now that I was next stop and driver realized that he didn’t have my item on the delivery truck. How do you leave the shop without checking inventory. I don’t know if to laugh but they make up the funniest excuses.

Terrible customer service! I was told that I had to be home on the day my delivery was scheduled to sign for the package, but they never showed up nor called to say delivery would not happen. When I called them Brittany told me she called the driver to get a better eta but that he didn’t answer because he was “busy” but assured me my package would arrive by 6pm. Of course it did not.After reading the previous reviews I am not surprised they didn’t show up. I can bet Action Freight doesn’t care though because the people they delivery to are not their clients.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

This company doesn’t deliver the shipments.… They No showed me twice!!! I had to readjust my schedule so I can sign for the delivery and they don’t show up and lie about it. I spoke with a customer service rep & even a supervisor on both occasions and they seat up and down the delivery driver called (lies). The drivers are supposed to call and they don’t. This company is useless. I will follow a complaint with the retailer over this matter.

I would give negative stars if that were an option. I’ve had my Ferguson appliance delivery scheduled twice now and both times have been a “no call, no show” with my delivery. I’ve sat at home twice now from 10am to 6pm both times without hearing from them. I’ve called and spoke to several people and all I kept being told is that the driver will contact me when they are on the way…but of course I hear nothing. I have no idea why Ferguson would continue to use this company and have never experienced such terrible customer service and delivery delays!!!! Do not use this company if you have a choice!

Dont bother calling these people to find out why they dont show up. They just lie to you and tell you that their drivers come down with COVID. The never ending response. They dont even have the courtesy to call you after giving an eight hour window to tell you that they arent going to show up. This has now happened twice to me with this company. Once with a painting shipped from California, and now with Purple Mattresses. The people in the office just lie to you and tell you whatever they want.

These people are the absolute worst. They lie about deliveries, their technicians are not properly trained and the office never seems to answer phones. We have had two bad experiences with them, the most recent is a bed delivery. They gave a 10am -6pm delivery window and no call no showed.I wish companies would stop using these people for “white glove” deliveries. They are not reliable or responsible
