Let me start by saying I rarely go to pawn shops. But because I really needed some extra money this week for bdays and Christmas party. I took in my glock 19 and they gave me more than I thought. Which was perfect and I ended up buying an Mk backpack for a bday gift which also had a great deal!!

Best overall experience I’ve had a pawn shop. Came in and gave me a great deal on my husbands garage TV. Ashley was super helpful. Even helped me understand what mounts worked great with it!!

My husband and l are regular shoppers; me for jewelry and he for musical equipment or firearms. Ashley is professional, courteous, and never rushes our browsing. Can always count on good service with Ashley.

Everytime I go in, I make sure I ask for Zach. Im not saying the other employees arent awesome, but Zach is just something different, you can tell he knows how to communicate with people, hes very fair with his offers, never pressures or tries to rip people off, and isnt afraid to laugh and lighten the mood. I wont go to any other pawn shop in San Antonio simply because of Zach, thanks for being great bro.

Talk about customer service. Have gone several times, and requested Zach! He’s kind, patient as I looked at multiple items, good conversationalist, and applied zero pressure. A great associate. It’s hard to find good and hardworking people nowadays, so when I do see that I had to call it out. Meant to leave this review weeks ago, but never forgotten!

Your better off selling your stuff at the flea market or on offers up...THESE PAWN SHOPS IN SAN ANTONIO HAVE LOWERED THER OFFER OF MANY THINGS ITS NOT WORTH THE PAWN OR SELLING. PLUS THEY DONT KNOW THE VALUE OF THINGS THAT WHY THE CHECK ONLINE THEN DO HALF OF THE HALF OFFER THEN SELL IT FOR BASICALLY BRAND NEW...THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY A R I P OFFFFF!!!

Don't come here if your in a bind and need a loan, all you'll get from the staff here is lowballed. I came in with a $300 brand new pair of Bose Quietcomfort earbuds that were just released a few months ago and I was offered $50 because, and I quote "there not airpods". This isn't the 1st time this has happened at this location I've been offered as low as $10 from these people. Don't waste your time here.

I've been coming here for a few years now and have always had good customer service in store. I gave it 3 stars though because they are absolutley horrible at answering their phones. It's such a simple task to pick up, put on hold (if busy) and handle when done with customers in store. It can be really frustrating when you have a simple question that could be handled over the phone but have to waste time and gas to drive their instead. In my current situation, I don't have the time to make it there before closing. I've been calling for weeks now about an item of mine in pawn, and may have lost it because I couldn't reach anybody. The number on Google is the same as the one on my ticket too so the number is valid. Other than that, all experiences in store have been good.
