I bought a Xbox one s for Christmas they ask if I wanted to buy a warranty. I asked the guy behind the counter if I got home and it didn't work and I still return it without the warranty. He said yes usually when you go to another store and buy a warranty it's for a year thinking it was the same. I said no. I get home. Wanted to take off stickers and clean it up. A little notice there was dust and further inspection. It was filled with roaches. Thankfully they were dead but now I can't get the smell from it out of the system. How am I supposed to give my child this for Christmas?

I was leary of even going in, but staff was great! They had Louis Vuitton; they had loads of stuff. I got a fair price for my item and was politely surprised by staff! Thanks guys!

Very Enraged about the service I received today tried to sell my Micheal Kors shoes saw someone at the counter in front of me with A Pair of Jordan shoes in the box, the guys behind the counter were telling her they won’t take them very rudely & saw I had shoes in my hand & was next in line & said very Loud “come on ladies your better off going to marketplace on fb” I thought that was extremely rude & inappropriate treating customers like trash 🗑️ People come to sell there stuff when there in a time of need those 2 men to act like that behind the counter was very horrendous. I will never recommend this place EVER!

Bad service I was there to sell an item the only problem I had is Daniela at the register just making small talk with her and it felt like I was talking to a wall and being judged I wasn’t hitting on her I was just be polite she would be better off being maintenance for the store

This place doesn’t like money and they’re jerks about you buying anything . Terrible attitude and no attentiveness. Was willing to buy something and got completely ignored . Absolutely Terrible

My husband went in to get his laptop back and the cashier rang him up and charged his debit card then informed him that they can’t take take debit cards to pay off pawns and that they would have to reverse the transaction and he would have to get the money out at the atm. Of course the money is now on hold for 3-5 business days because they reversed the transaction. So we can’t get the item back until the transaction clears. Why ring him up completely then remember the “policy” and change your mind. What a waste of time. This is ridiculous.

Do not put anything On layaway at this location, I put a vector gun on layaway at this location and every time I came in to make a payment the same worker told me that he was just about to get this far. They was calling me every month to make a payment out of nowhere they stop calling him and then after putting down a large amount, I went into the location to make a payment and they were like oh it was due yesterday so we put it back out for sale I asked him what happens with all the money I put down. They said that is a restocking fee. I asked him what the gun still available. He said no someone already put it on layaway. I am sure it was the worker that is currently at this location I one of his friends that put this gun on their way because like I said every time I went into this location, the same worker continue telling me he wanted the gun. I feel like they screw me over on purpose just so he can get this guy. This is not right.
