Today 9/16/2024 at 6:16PM visited the pawnshop at rittiman rd to check out a Pioneer DJ controller, but the experience was disappointing. The controller looked ok shape, with all equipment it should be tested before buying, I was excited to test this controller out. When I asked about testing the controller I was immediately turned down as the staff named “Bruno” said it wouldn’t be worth testing the controller unless I was buying the item, the staff didn't seem knowledgeable about the product and gave vague answers and really treated me like If I didn’t have money or was playing around. I was very polite and asked several times if I could test the product as I am serious buyer and I am in the market for a dj controller.I buy a lot from pawnshops and give reviews as you can see from my past reviews on my profile, but this has been the worst experience that I’ve had a pawnshop. This person thought I had left the store, but I was looking at their electronics which was hidden and I heard Bruno making fun of me to a colleague named JC.
I confronted him and said that that was not cool and very unprofessional and disrespectful! I don’t recommend this store to anyone! The customer service was horrible!
Conclusion: Bruno wouldn’t let me test the device with proper equipment, which made me question if it even worked properly. On top of that, the price they were asking was high for its poor condition. I left feeling like they didn’t care much about quality or customer service and they make fun of their customers when they leave!

Rude staff made me not purchase anything here. Both men were unprofessional and unknowledgable they had no idea about the items that were in store and were trying to make them seem great to make a sale. I ended up not purchasing anything and leaving. Will not revisit.

I love going to the Action Pawn on Rittiman because Crystal and Jennifer take care of me when I need money and they are cool as hell

Very rude employees here at the location on Rittiman rd. You would think the manager Bruno would have some customer service skills. But sorry to say he doesn't and was very rude to me and my family including his staff James. These guys need training . To even think you would need training for a job like this sounds crazy. You just need to be nice. There was a young lady that was very nice she needs to be manager over Bruno!!

For starters, the staff needs a raise. Great people. Great environment. I went in to get a controller and the assistant manager sold me a controller not knowing it wasn’t holding charge so I came back in today and Thurman and Krystal did an amazing job helping me get another one. I definitely appreciate those two and recommend this location to anyone looking. And this location has great deals for the holidays!
