I love the service you can come and watch them shred your documents. You can go to there location in person and you don't have to schedule an appointment in order to have your documents shredded.

Had an excellent experience getting several boxes shredded. Mary was helpful and pleasant to work with. The ability to drive up directly to the front door made it a breeze. This was a particularly welcome experience after the headache of trying to have the same job done at an ill prepared UPS store.

Lets open with the bad review being on Larry's shoulders. Calls me a month after they shred about 300lbs of sensitive info for me demanding why I didn't call them to do the work. I dismissed it thinking this was another bid but realize they are the same company. Very rude follow up on the job. The rest of this review was forgiven, but not when you call me a month later with spite.On the bid I'm told their guy lives near me and will pick up the paper with no delivery fee, but two days comes and go with no contact so I drive it down to the facility the next morning. Facility doesn't open until an hour after their google listing, and when it does they don't have the keys so it's 2 more hours wasted. Stick with someone who will do it right by their word the first time.
