Ruby went above & beyond! she did great helping me with my break pads and rotors she even let me know of shops near by where I can get trust worthy mechanic work done since I've had some bad experiences at other mechanic spots in the past highly recommend her!

Wow, trash customer service. The employee does not really want to help you. I just want my Evap solenoid valve specific for my sedan. Three times, they lied just to not do their job. First lie, "Oh, we need to call the manufacturer first, so just call back tomorrow anytime." I was like okay you got it. 2nd lie. I did call the next day in the afternoon. They said, "The store was already closing for the day." But when I later checked online, I realized they were open for the next 5 hours until 9 p.m. Okay, now that's really odd. 3rd lie. I tried again the next day. Now they saying I need to call back before 3pm because the manufacturer stopped servicing after that time. She hung up and slammed the phone, too. This ridiculous. First visit I was there 1 pm, they could have called the manufacturer for my part that same day on a Wednesday. Call me a "Karen", but go quit if you can't do your job. Cashiers/fake mechanics trying not to do the job they getting paid for. They probably trying to give the job to a different shift because they do not want to do the work and get my part. Let's be real.

I found a set of brake pads for my vehicle online for $25. I paid for them, checked my emails for a final time and went to the store. As I was pulling into the store, I got an email saying that they were out of stock. Bear in mind that I went to Whataburger first, ate then went to the bank before going to the store. It took them almost two hours to tell me that they did not have my brake pads. Instead of honoring the price that I had already spent they charged me an extra $20 for a set they had in stock.

Took my son for his first appointment and it was great. Staff was very friendly, there was games and entertainment for kids while waiting to be called to the back. Very organized and wait time wasn’t bad at all. We will definitely be back :)

Estrella was very helpful in helping me find this alternator. It was for an Isuzu NPR but the engine was from gm motors...she punched in the right set of numbers after the other two tries...with the right combo of numbers the part was cross referenced and available under carquest auto part...I was able to do the job after finding a hard time instead of the part itself. Other oarts places were clueless on the numbers. We were able to bench test the alternator. It read was still good but we went ahead and bought the new one there anyway ...thanks again estrella for the help. The store was clean but long lines for assistance average wait time was twenty mins til someone helped you...I liked how the Texas teams were represented high up in the ceilings of the store...looks cool...thanks again
