At least have the Courtesy to temporarily post a new hours on Google maps so customers don’t waste their time and gas on traveling to a store that’s closed.

A neighbors cat shewed the tie road boot in my car. 2hours latter searching online the size of the shaft for my car without any luck. Called doorman the manufacturer and they were closed. Decided to go to advanced auto parts, and the young man pulled a tie rod and fitted it to the boot to make sure I got the Right part. Sometimes I forget the great service those guy at the store provide. Good job advanced auto for keeping such a great pasionned employees.

I wish there was a 0 star! After getting our tires rotated at a nearby discount tire, our jeep wouldn't start. After investigating we believed it was the starter. So, my husband took the starter off and took it to this Advanced Auto to have it checked and buy another one. Now, either the machine they used malfunctioned, or there was an operator error because they told my husband the starter was fine and convinced him to buy a new battery. But the starter was not fine, in fact it was indeed bad. This error cost us an extra $400+ in addition to leaving us without our vehicle for 2 days. When my husband tried to take the battery back, they refused to take it saying it was against policy. Now, I understand mistakes happen and they have rules, but not one person apologized or even acknowledged they made a mistake. We will NEVER EVER give Advanced Auto our business again.

I got stranded at discount tire after getting my tires rotated because my jeep would not start. I had some power from the battery but the engine would not do anything when I turned the key. The starter was the only part left. I took the starter off and had my wife take me to advance auto parts to get a new starter which they had in stock. I asked them to check the old one first to see if it was bad. The rep put it on the machine and it tested fine. We figured it must be the battery then. I purchased a new battery and installed it on the jeep. Still nothing when I turned the key. After having it towed to a shop they diagnosed the starter as being bad. They replaced the starter and the jeep started right up. I tried to take the new battery back but was told it was not returnable as an electrical part. Not only did I spend twice what it would have cost to replace the starter but I am also stuck with a new $200 battery that I don't need. Never will I use this store again. Thats not the right way to treat customers.
