This place is a joke, I send my girlfriend there to get her oil level checked and they said they couldn’t help her because it’s against company policy….. seriously horrible customer service

Great store and awesome customer service!!! AB changed my battery in my Grand Cherokee SRT. Battery is under the passenger seat and not a fun change. He did a great job and wouldn't even accept a tip. They have a military discount, too! Thank you!!!

Wasted 3 hrs. They didn’t have the part. They ordered to be delivered at that store. When I got there to pick up, they said they delivered to the wrong store. They sent me to get the part since I already paid for it. When I picked the part from the other store, they gave me the wrong part. When I went back again to return it, they acted like nothing happened. Not even a single apology. Bad costumer service.

I always go to Auto Zone because they've got more of everything: more parts, more assistance, and more good deals. I went here because I learned it's a UPS Drop-off point. I had to return a biometric screening (four droplets of blood on a card sealed in a bag, sealed in a box, and sealed in a plastic shipping bag) and this was the closest place to me. The person grabbed my parcel (they touched it with their bare hands), walked to two other people to confirm if they can accept it (because it said 'biohazard' on it) and then handed it back to me, saying they're not trained to accept it (remember, they GRABBED IT by this time). I saw a shelf in the back with UPS drop-offs on it, so I think all they had to do was to place it on that same shelf. I don't think the people who work there know what they're doing, so I'd avoid getting anything from Advance Auto Parts.

Had a very racist encounter with Jessica at the location with something as simple as a pick-up that I paid for then she continued to be unprofessional, overall people of color do not do business with this location,they do not have any Southern hospitality nor respect for customers. Have a blessed day.

Just went in to buy oil and holy cow I see why everyone is buying oil from Walmart now literally charging double for a 1qt of oil than Walmart that absolutely outrageous BUY OIL AT WALMART SO LUCH CHEAPER LITERALLY FOR THE SAME THING!
