My husband and I have been taking both our cars here for years! They are always honest and do amazing work. We even called (3 times over 6 days) for an issue we were having while traveling and Robert gave us advice over the phone. He assured us it was not an issue that would cause us to break down! Wh took my daughter's car to get repaired and he researched and found that the issue was covered by the manufacturer. Charged us nothing. The shop has been nothing but awesome to work with! I wouldn’t take any if my vehicles to be serviced anywhere else. Stay away from the stealerships, those express service places, and especially the places “recommended” by someone who has an uncle that has a shop somewhere sketchy. Richard and Daniel are friendly, helpful, and extremely fair. The shop is always clean and the service is always top-notch.

Updated after 10 satisfied years:I continue to take my cars here time after time because 1) they’re honest 2) they perform excellent work 3) they’ll turn away business if it’s not in need of repair at the moment - no pressure on you at all.I take all of my cars here. Richard and Daniel are always great. They really take care of you.Richard has even sat down and explained a wiring diagram to me. I definitely appreciate the knowledge they have.

Richard is awesome! Not only is he super knowledgeable, but he's very helpful. I have a problem that his shop won't be able to work with, so he called a friend who then referred to a friend and I'm in the right direction. Superior customer service. This place will now be my regular service center.

Our car needed the air ride replaced. This was very expensive through Jaguar but well done reasonably priced and quick by Richard.
