From my personal experience, working at the organization was terrible. The owner of the corporation is not a good person and allows leadership to constantly mistreat and devalue employees. Instead of addressing issues, the owner works closely with staff, particularly Human Resources and leadership to stifle the truth and silence you. The new president of the organization is also very intolerant of various groups of people and makes it obvious.
