Staff members are unprofessional and unwilling to help customers. They don't know how to properly do their job. Recently I went for an exchange and order a different item. The two staff members were puzzled how to create the order and it took them a really long time to finally complete it. Long story short, I eventually found out they messed up my order. I was not helped or given an apology for their careless mistake. Completely annoyed by this location's poor work ethic and professionalism.
