Manager Jennifer was a total B! She has no management skills or customer service skills to even been the store manager. Couldn’t even keep a full staff after a week cause she’s that horrible! And the staff that did last were a bunch of thieves and liars!

They have all the staff folding shirts. One register open 20 plus people in line. I asked if they could open a register and was told no. It's Black Friday.

Ive had 2 experiences recently at the Aeropostale in North Star Mall, San Antonio Tx.Recently I had a return, and for once, did an employee a manager as she identified herself, try to help me make the return into an exchange. (I used to work retail). She was knowledgeable about their merchandise, the fits, and the products. She was so helpful I bought more than I had intended to return.Second time I go, and a young lady offers zero help. I had a bag and was looking to see if there was anything I’d like in return. Nothing this time. I get to the counter and again no help. I was 1 of 4 customers and 4 employees and nothing. I made my return and left.I thought, I get Aeropostale doesn’t need to customer service their customers because the clothes kind of sells itself, but they can at least make effort to connect to people.If you shop here it’s likely you will find what you want but won’t get much help looking for anything. Unless the manager is there.

Horrible customer service. Front door jean sale was mislabeled and did not honor what was labeled by accident. Music was so loud cashier and I had to yell at each other so we can hear one another. We were in there no more than 10-15 minutes and left with a headache. Jean's are of good quality but would not recommend going into the store at North Star.
