We just experienced major account issues that have taken days to recover from, and through it all Kristi Burdick with great patience and fantastic customer service skills saw us through this very trying situation. When they transitioned from AFFCU to Soarion their system wiped out both my linked external bank, and the auto pay transfer to my loan pay. I’m now past due and trying to set everything up again but it takes days. I called and talked with Crystal and she was about a sharp as a rock and couldn’t comprehend that there was a problem on their end even though I had to have them manually transfer money from my Soarian checking to the Soarion loan because their system wasn’t working. Here I am the next cycle with the same problem and this time I can’t even pay them. I have the money, trying to transfer and pay. Worthless support. Fire Crystal!

Air Force Federal credit union is the best. They listen and provide a level of customer service that seems to be lacking nowadays. I've been with them for over 50 years and they have never disappointed me.

They stopped participating in shared banking. Most convenient service they had was an ITM which they got rid of along with ATM ( lobby) and coin counter. Credit Unions in general are losing their luster, functioning more like banks.

Won't accept loose change, though. I think the teller (0508) was being lazy. They had a coin machine that they recently got rid of so no luck with getting rid of change. ATM is out of date as well, so there is no instant deposit. Will be transitioning to Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union as my main branch.

Only gave them 1 star because it won't let you continue. I was going to open my own accounts but after this don't think so your lost. Wife and I applied for a car loan on 2-24-24 at 9:oo am and after 3 days have yet to hear anything from them. My wife is the one with an account. This is very poor service. Will have to go elsewhere to finance our car.

I’ve been a long time member and they use to be really good. In the past 2-3 years their service and products have really lost quality. I will be changing banks.

They are always slow...there is never a long line but they take forever. Been in line for over 30 min and all I'm doing is a deposit

Not happy with them because I owed they took money out of my daughters account. She has nothing to due with what I owed the bank... We've banked with them over 20 and this is the treatment we received not good not good

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was turned down for a loan. I was approved and excepted all terms. That were everything stopped. Member services did not feel the need to call someone and figure out their problem.Would never suggest them to anyone.

It’s 9:37AM Marisela Mendoza doesn’t feel the need to be in her office. The woman next to her office doing absolutely nothing to helping any customers either, I guess s at least she came in to warm up her seat. The sands of time feel eternal in this time sucking vortex. Only the second and third office personnel are actually doing their job. They’re doing their best, but when you have 6 offices to help customers you should be doing better, this is the AFFCU bit NFCU. Go Fight Win. I guess Integrity Service & Excellence holds little weight here. This branch is lucky to have S. Rodriguez she is a loyal and hard worker. She was very helpful.
