This is the most honest and reasonable dealership I have ever purchased from. We were warmly greeted by the owner, and our time was respected. The buying process was direct, and I feel both parties were satisfied with the transaction. Additionally, the owner went above and beyond to ensure any questions we had pertaining to the vehicle were promptly answered, and we drove away feeling (for the first time) excited with spending our money. The owner has truly mastered the art of customer service, and we will be return customers in the future- 10/10!!

Alamo Auto is honest and was there for me in my time of need. After loosing a truck I loved dearly in an accident it was hard trying to replace her but I got exactly what I wanted and needed with Reza's help. There is no way to fully express my gratitude. Amazing! Honestly there is no words to describe how awesome the customer service is here.I have bought 2 cars from Reza and they both turned out great! I have no issues with them and they are working perfectly. In the process of buying each of the cars Reza gave me such a good information about all of the cars and expertly helped me to choose the car that answers my needs. I purchased a vehicle from Reza at Alamo Auto in October of 2019. I wanted to give it a little while before writing a review. The overall experience that I had with him was great. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell you something that you didn't want. He took care of a minor issue before I purchased the vehicle. He was transparent and honest, which is hard to find at a lot of the dealerships out there. He is very attentive and willing to go the extra mile for you. The vehicle is running great, and I am stll very pleased with the purchase that I made. If and when I need to buy another vehicle I am definitely going to be giving him a call.
