I am so happy I found d this vet, they offer top of the line diagnostics, treatments and preventatives but won’t try to break your bank.

Unbelievable you have to arrive by 11am, as a walk on to be seen. I guess they only have 1 vet working. Probably should mention this on the website, so people won't make the drive.

Took our cat Molly to get looked at for seizures she started to randomly have. She had a seizure in front of them. They told us to take her home without medication and monitor her despite her having 4 seizures in a two hours. Eventually our cat went home and had 5 more seizures on our watch. Took her to the emergency vet off of Broadway where they also didn’t give her treatment for her seizures. They claimed she had no seizures on their watch even though when we picked her up she was having seizures. She eventually died several hours later. I feel like the first visit at this location is what could have saved her if they took our concerns seriously. We’ve always taken our fur babies here for care, but after this last visit we are very disappointed with the staff.Today my mom brought her cat Miley to this vet place as well. Her cat escaped out of the vehicle and we were looking around for Miley and one of the staff kept giving us dirty looks for searching for our cat in the vicinity. You’d think they would have a heart to be kind and understanding about a family searching for their fur family member that was lost in their parking lot.

The long wait does suck but it’s walk in only so what do you expect ??♀️ other from that everyone is so friendly and nice. Always willing to answer any questions that I have. Like that they are doing appointments now. It’s going to really help with the long waits. All the doctors there are very attentive and understanding. Only down fall is there are rude customers that try to skip the line and one tried to push me off because she wanted to be before me even thought I was there in line first. They should have a number ticket or something to control that problem.

My dog broke his dewclaw in just the right spot, where there was no bleeding but the Petco dog groomers were nervous to do a nail trim. Vetco could not see him and they gave me an appointment for the afternoon the following day, with an estimate between $150-200 to remove the nail. I drove to Animal Dog & Cat Hospital after a different animal hospital recommended them, and they told me if they could do a nail trim, they’d do that, but if not, I’d have to go the next day. About an hour and a half wait later, my dog’s dewclaw was trimmed and the cost was just for the nail trim - $25! Additionally, everyone was so kind and patient. I hope I don’t have any need for them soon, but would recommend this place to anyone who does.
