Alamo Heights Gymnastics Academy is an excellent and wonderful place for children to grow in gymnastics, cheer, and dance. It is described as a one-stop shop offering afterschool pick-up and multiple programs. The gymnastics program is demanding and tough, with coaches who have high expectations and care deeply about the athletes. They are amazing, encouraging, dedicated, and friendly. Coaches teach life skills, discipline, motivation, and a positive mindset, helping gymnasts overcome fears and challenges. The results speak for themselves, with athletes consistently performing at the top and a gym full of trophies showing their success. The cheer program is also a life changer, tremendously building confidence, team-building skills, and athleticism. It is a very structured program with clear expectations and great communication. The owner is amazing, warm, friendly, and present, creating a positive family atmosphere that feels like home. This positive work ethic extends to the entire staff, including the helpful and knowledgeable front desk. The space itself has tons of fun ways to explore. Parents appreciate the economically friendly and local competition schedule, the advance communication, and the overall commitment. Children love their classes, look forward to every practice, have a blast, and form amazing friendships. The academy is highly recommended as a great place where athletes progress in skill, confidence, and love for the sport.
